Redemption turns the life of everyone that experience it to a wonder Jn. 3:6-8; Isa. 8:18. Spiritual understanding is key to experience this life of wonder in reality Psa. 119:144; Pro. 21:16. What we do not understand we can’t believe, and what we don’t believe is what we can’t become or experience Acts 8:26-35; Jn. 1:12; Lk. 1:45.
Why Did Jesus Come in Specific Terms?
- To Bring Salvation to Mankind.
After Adam’s disobedience in Eden, man became a captive to sin, Satan, and began to experience toiling Gen. 3:17-19. Christ came to save man from sin, Satan, and the life of hardship Mat. 1:21; Jn. 3:36.
- To Restore Joy to Mankind.
After the fall of Adam, man was driven from God’s presence, where there is full joy Gen. 3:24; Psa. 16:11. The coming of Christ restores God’s presence again to man, thereby restoring his joy Lk. 2:10; 1Pet. 1:8. Joy is vital in life; it is key to health Pro. 17:22; strength Neh. 8:10; and access to blessing Isa. 12:3; among others.
- To Bring Peace to Humanity.
The fall of Adam introduced troubles into creation, the world, and human race Gen. 3:16,17-19; Rms. 8:22-23. Christ came to restore peace again to human race, and by extension to the whole of creation Lk. 2:14; Jn. 14:27. Peace is another vital force in life; it is key to divine intervention Psa. 46:10.
- To Restore the Supernatural Back to Mankind.
Man was created originally to operate supernatural life, but lost it at his fall Gen. 2:17; 3:10. Jesus came to restore supernatural life back to man again Jn. 3:8; Mk. 16:15-17.
What is in Redemption for Us?
What are the benefits that makes redemption a must for every person to experience.
- At New Birth, Christ Now Lives Within a Believer.
When an individual becomes genuinely born again, Christ takes His residence in the person’s life 2Cor. 13:5; Rev. 3:20. What are the significance of this? Christ who is full of wonders, and His name triggers wonders, is inside us, this makes us to be wonder-personified Isa. 9:6: Acts 3:2-8,16; 4:29-30. Christ the great physician is within us now; putting us over all manner of sickness and all manner of disease Mat. 4:23. Christ who is the resurrection and life, now reside in us, giving us power over life and death Jn. 11:25; 14:19.
- The Supernatural is Resident Within Us Now.
At new birth, we receive God’s kind of life, which translates us from the natural to supernatural order of life Jn. 3:6-8. We must understand that we have the responsibility to unlock the supernatural life in us into manifestation, as in the case of the pool of Bethesda Jn. 5:1-4.
- We are Translated into Sons of God.
Redemption turned us into joint heirs with Christ, which means that we are now sons of God after the order of Christ Rms. 8:16-17. By this, the whole world awaits our manifestation for their rescue Rms. 8:19.
Requirements to Experience these Benefits.
- Repent and Be Saved.
Repentance is to acknowledge one’s nature of sin, confess, and ask Jesu to save one from sin and its consequences Acts 2:37-38; 3:19.
- Stay in Love with God.
Salvation initiates a person into new life in Christ, but love for God is what stirs this new life of supernatural into reality Rms. 8:28; 1Cor. 2:9.
Conclusion.
Believers are not to be looking for signs and wonders again, because that is who we are Isa. 8:18; Mk. 16:15-17. When the supernatural become real in an individual, he takes full command of life affairs.
Salvation Prayer.
To anyone reading this who desires to give their life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart:
“Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me; on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you, Jesus, for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen!”
Prayer.
Father, I receive the help of the Holy Spirit for the responsibilities to make the purpose why Christ came to have full expression in my life from today Jn 14:16.

Man is a product of God; this simply means every man is made by God (Psa. 100:3; Gen. 1:26-27). Just like every manufacturer has a purpose for each of his products, God has a clearly defined plan and purpose for each person He created (Jer. 1:5; Gal. 1:15-16; Eph. 1:3-5,11-12). Vision is one way God […]
Every man is created by God with a definite plan and purpose for his life, an understanding of this plan and purpose is vital for its actualization (Jer. 1:5; Eph. 1:3-5,11-12). The two principal ways God’s plan is unveiled are: through the Word referred to as revelation (Psa. 119:105), and through an encounter with God […]
God’s Word is loaded with wonders; encounters with the Word make a wonder of a believer (Psa. 119:18,130; Isa. 60:1-3). What believers need is labor in the Word for their eyes to open to the wonders in it (2Cor. 3:18). Some of the Wonders in the Word? The Wonder of Direction. God’s Word is the […]
Redemption brought believers out of the miry clay into the life of wonders (Isa. 8:18). God’s Word is the depot of these wonders; how much his eyes are opened to see determines the amount of wonders he will experience (Gen. 13:14-15; Psa. 119:18). A believer is not designed to struggle to experience a life of […]
