We serve the God of exemption, who specializes in exempting His children from the evil the world around experience Ezk. 9:4-6. We saw God perform this with Israelite, His covenant children in Egypt. They were exempted from:
- Swarm of flies, which connote decadence and stenchExo. 8:20-24.
- Death of cattle, which implies collapse of businesses and careers Exo. 9:1-7.
- Hails and tempest mingled with fire, which connotes devastation and destructionExo. 9:18-26.
- Gross darkness, which connotes lack of direction, stagnation, frustration and despair Exo. 10:21-23.
- The plague of sudden death Exo. 12:29-31.
The scriptures make us to understand that no evil is to touch the child of God, no matter how terrible and devastating it may be Psa. 91:5-6; Pro. 12:21. But every provision of God is deliverable only on the covenant platform Jer. 33:21-22,25-26.
The Covenant Demands for Divine Exemption.
- Be born again.
At redemption, the believer receives the mark of the Lord Jesus on his life, and this forbids evil form happening to him Gal. 6:17; Mal. 3:17-18. Only those who are genuine God’s children are qualified for divine exemption 2Tim. 2:19-21.
- Commitment to walking in the light of the God’s word.
We live in a world of darkness that is filled with evil and cruelty 1Jn. 5:19; Psa. 74:20. Only those who walk by the light that is from God’s word will experience exemption from the darkness and cruelty.
- Keep the love of God alive.
Love for God is recognized as the greatest covenant force in scriptures 1Cor. 13:13. In essence, when the love of God is established in a believer, all forces of life will not be able to touch or affect the believer, which will result in his divine exemption Rms. 8:28; Psa. 91:14.
- Commitment to kingdom stewardship.
Kingdom stewardship also known kingdom service simply means engagement in kingdom advancement endeavor, which include kingdom advancement prayers Mat. 6:9-10; soul winning Jn. 15:16; soul establishment Acts 15:36. Serving God sets the believer apart unto God and from all that troubles and torments on the earth Mal. 3:17-18.
- Commitment to the covenant of seedtime and harvest.
This is engaging ones financial and material resources to promote God’s kingdom. This is the way to be exempted from the famine on the earth Psa. 41:1-3; Gen. 8:22.
- Engage the blood covenant.
The blood covenant is the pass over mystery that establishes the exemption of the believer from all evil Exo. 12:12-13,22-23. There are three (3) major ways this is administered:
- In prayer Zch. 9:11-12.
- In the communion Jn. 6:53-54.
- By sprinkling Heb. 12:24.
- Engage the anointing oil mystery.
The anointing oil mystery is the person of the Holy Spirit presented to the believer in a tangible form 1Sam. 16:13. The Holy Spirit is the power of God, which everything and power in life is subject. In essence, when the anointing oil is placed on the believer no evil is permitted to touch his life again Psa. 105:13-15.
In conclusion, we are n perilous days that evil is playing at a terrific rate. The good news is that the believer is guaranteed absolute exemption from all that the world suffers.
To anyone reading this that will love to give his/her life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart: “Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me, on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you Jesus for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for
Prayer.
Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the mark of the Lord Jesus on my life, no evil shall touch my life from today Gal. 6:17.

Sanctification is possible; others in the past have lived in its reality, anyone can make it happen again Ecc. 1:9. Examples are Joseph (Gen. 39:1-9), Daniel (Dan. 1:6-8). Paul the apostle (1Ths. 2:10), What we need is to find out the path they walked in that made them achieve sanctified life (Jer. 6:16; Heb. 6:12). […]
Sanctification is a commandment of scripture to every believer 1Ths. 4:3,7. God will not demand from us what He has not endowed with grace or empowered us for Jdg. 6:14; 1Jn. 5:3. This means that sanctification is a choice not a gift Deu. 30:19; Mat. 5:6. The sanctified life will remain an impossibility without faith […]
The resurrection of Christ from the dead was by the act of God through the operation of the exceeding greatness of His power Col. 2:12-15; Rms. 8:11. Resurrection therefore can be said to be the hiding place of God’s exceeding great power Eph. 1:19-20. Our God has a nature of repeating His act again and […]
Outstanding success is the birthright of every believer Deu. 28:13; Mat. 5:13-14. Just like a baby-elephant carries the genes of ‘bigness’, so, every believer carries the genes of success. The baby-elephant must be subjected to the demands that make the big size actualized. Thus, every believer who will actualize his heritage of outstanding success must […]
