We live in an embattled world that is filled with evil, cruelty and wickedness 1Jn. 5:19; Matt. 6:34; Psa. 91:5-6; 74:20. Particularly in these last days, scriptures say the evil will be increasing in intensity Dan. 12:9-10; Matt. 24:21:22- Mk. 13:19-20. The good news is that God who exempted His people from all the plagues in Egypt is still the same today Exo. 8:22; 9:4; 10:21-22; Mal. 3:6.
The Believer’s Exemption Right.
At new birth the believer becomes entitled for the mark of Christ on his life, which is the mark of exemption Gal. 6:17; Ezk. 9:1-6. Without this mark, any man is vulnerable to the evil and wickedness in his days.
Covenant Access to the Mark of Exemption.
To enjoy divine exemption, the believer must understand that at new birth the blood of Jesus was placed on him as a mark Rev. 1:5-6; 5:9-10. This mark makes every evil to pass him over automatically Exo. 12:13.
The love of God is the believer makes him to be filled with God, this makes all evil to flee at the believer’s presence Eph. 3:17-19; Psa. 114:1-8. The love of God simply means to love everything that God loves, which include His word Psa. 138:2; His house Psa. 87:2-3; and salvation of souls Jn. 3:16.
Serving God and His kingdom, which is principally about kingdom advancement engagement makes the believer to be mark out as different and untouchable. The more one commits to service, the more he is enjoys exemption from evil and wickedness.
The believer’s tongue is vital to his exemption from evil. As long as he keeps speaking exemption, no evil is permitted to come near him.
The Mystery of the Prophetic Mantle.
What is a Prophetic Mantle?
It is a clothing material that has come in contact with the prophet of God; thereby it conveys the virtue upon that prophet 2Kgs. 2:9-12,15.
It is the mystery of overflowing anointing upon an Apostle or a Prophet of God Matt. 4:34-36; Acts 19:11-12.
The Blessedness of the Prophetic Mantle.
Access to the Wonders in the Prophetic Mantle.
Every blessing of God answers only to the desire of the believer. The stronger the desire, the easier it becomes to partake of the blessing in the prophetic mantle.
It is only the prophet that a believer receives and believes that he can partake of what he carries. To receive a prophet means reference for him and obedience to the instruction from him.
One has inheritance only in a father, not a friend or colleague. In essence, to partake of impartation from an Apostle of Prophet of God, the believer must accept him as a spiritual father over his life.
In conclusion, imagine if the same grace on God’s servant, Bishop David Oyedepo, is duplicated on your life now? 1Cor. 15:10. This is what the prophetic mantle impartation offers the believer. I see you emerge as another man that will begin to command strange dimension of exploits from now.
To anyone reading this that will love to give his/her life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart: “Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me, on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you Jesus for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me.”
Prayer.
