Prophecy is God speaking ahead of things He has ordained to making it known to His children Isa. 42:8-9; 46:9-10. In essence, God will first make known a thing before He goes ahead to do it, this is what is known as prophecy. The good news is that whatever God says He will do, is what He is committed to deliver Num. 23:19. But only those who will accept responsibility of invoking Him to work that will see what God has said come to pass. How do we know what God will do? The scripture contains the mind of God about His children 2Pet. 1:19-21; Isa. 34:16.

Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me, on the third day you rose again that I may be justified.
