Favor is vital for a fulfilling life on the earth Psa. 30:5. It imparts on all areas of life, to establish the abundant life God ordained for man on the earth.

What is in Favor?

  1. It terminated emptiness Exo. 3:21.

Emptiness connotes to be laboring with nothing to show for it in one’s life. It is favor that delivers man from such experience in life.

  1. It empowers for effortless accomplishment Psa. 44:3.

A man that is favoured will be commanding achievements beyond his natural ability and efforts.

  1. It engenders all-round supernatural breakthrough Lk. 5:3-9.

Where others fail, favor will make a believer to succeed. Doors that were before shut against a believer, favor will cause them to open of their own accord. These are what is referred to as supernatural breakthrough.

Covenant Keys to the World of Favor.

We belong to a kingdom of responsibility, where there are demands to every available provision. The demands for supernatural favor are what we refer to as the keys to supernatural favor.

  1. A lifestyle of righteousness Psa. 5:12; 1Jn. 3:7.

Righteousness means doing what is right according to God or scriptural standard in every given situation. Joseph in Egypt enjoyed supernatural favor because he walked in righteousness Gen. 39:4-9,21-22; 41:38-44.

  • Serving God and the interest of His kingdom Psa. 102:13-15; Matt. 6:33.

Serving God mean engaging in what brings growth and enlargement to the church; and this essentially are kingdom advancement prayer and soul winning. This was the secret behind the strange favor in Daniel’s life; he served with four consecutive kings of two different kingdoms over Babylon, which spanned for 65 years Dan. 1:8-9; 6:20-28.

  • Sacrificial giving especially towards the promotion of God’s kingdom Lk. 6:38.

Our giving invokes the release of favor, which moves men in one’s favor. This was the secret of Solomon’s wealth and greatness. His strange giving released the favor that moved men in his favor, they kept bringing great substance and help to him 1Kgs. 3:3-5,13; 4:21,27-28.

  • A lifestyle of thanksgiving, praise and worship.

To secure the favor of the king, one thing that Esther did among others was to put on her royal apparel Est. 5:1-3. The royal apparel for the believer to secure God’s favor is the garment of praise Isa. 61:3; Psa. 147:1-2. This was the secret behind the strange favor in David’s life Psa. 119:164; 34:1.

In conclusion, one moment of favor is better than a life time of struggle and labor. One encounter with favor, is enough to terminate a life time of struggles. This can be that moment for you, if you will simply make the decision for the keys to favor.

To anyone reading this that will love to give his/her life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart: “Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me, on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you Jesus for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me.”

Prayer.

Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the grace to engage myself wholly with the demands for favor, thereby making to walk in supernatural favor all the days of my life Psa. 5:12.
