By redemption, the believer is ordained a topmost top personality in life Mat. 5:13-14; Eph. 2:5-6; 1:20-21. But his rise to the top depends on his understanding of the covenant forces required, the willingness to embrace the forces, and the commitment to keep at them till he appears at the top. This means, every believer has the heritage of the top, but only those who accepts the responsibility for it gets there. Failures and mediocre in life have who and what to blame for their lot, but great people have no one to blame but themselves. Opportunities keep knocking, but the choice to embrace or ignore is personal and individual Rev. 3:20; SOS 5:1-10. And this is what determines what becomes of each one at the end of the day.
Responsibilities that require individual engagement to realize our great destiny.
- Accessing revelation is individualistic.
Revelation can be defined as the spiritual understanding of God’s word, by which the believer knows what to do to deliver desired testimony and result Jn. 6:6; Lk. 24:30-31. No one can access revelation on the behalf or for another, it is a personal responsibility Psa. 73:1-2,16-17. The demands for catching revelation require giving attention to God’s word in hearing, reading, studying, and meditation 1Tim. 4:13,15; 2Tim. 2:15. These are things that no one can do for another. The scriptures make us to understand that when the believer accesses revelation, among other things there will be supernatural breakthrough and access to his inheritance in Christ is obtained Isa. 60:1-3; Acts 20:32.
Therefore, everything in life is waiting on the believer to accept the responsibility for his rise to the topmost top. Chief among this is the responsibility to access revelation Gal. 2:2; Isa. 55:1-2,10-11. No one is at a disadvantage if only he will take up his responsibility in life.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father in the name of Jesus, I accept responsibility over my life and I receive the grace to embrace every demand for the full delivery of every of my inheritance in Christ Acts 20:32.
Action.
Make the choice to study God’s word and relevant books until you become a success story, and draw a schedule for this.
