ENGAGING THE POWER OF PRAISE IN FULFILMENT OF PROPHECIES.

Prophecies are the unfolding of the mind of God on the future to the believer Isa. 42:8-9; 46:9-10. We need to understand that the scripture is the mind of God in documented form, when the believer’s eyes are open to it, it becomes a prophetic word showing the future God has ordained for his life Isa. 29:11-12; 34:16; Acts 20:32. The prophetic word from scriptures is said to be the “more sure word of prophecy” 2Pet. 1:19-21. Every prophetic word is a sworn verdict, which is ordained for fulfilment Isa. 14:24,27. But the fulfilment is the responsibility of each believer.

The Responsibilities Fulfilment of Prophetic Words.

  1. We must receive, believe, and put them to work.

Prophetic words are seeds Lk. 4:11. The said that will produce must be received into the earth, so every prophetic word must be received into the heart of the believer, believed and put to work Jn. 1:12; Jms. 2:18-25.

  • We must continue to water the prophetic word with praise.

Every seed in a good soil requires water to germinate and eventually bring forth fruit. The water for prophetic seed is thanksgiving and praise Pro. 13:2; 12:14; Heb. 13:15.

Scriptural Prophetic Lifelines for the Redeemed.

This refers to the life that God ordained for the believer as contained in scriptures.

  1. A glorious destiny.

The scriptures show us that God ordained for the believer in life of glory Rms. 8:29-30; 2Pet. 1:3. Glory can be best defined as anything that is not of as opposite of shame. In essence, shame is not part of the life God has for the believer. Glory is a function of the light we walk in, and light is spiritual understanding of the word Isa. 60:1-2.

  • A wealthy destiny.

God’s plan for the believer is a life of wealth, affluence, and failure Deu. 8:18; 2Cor. 8:9; 9:16-18. This is not dependent on economic climate of the environment, family or educational background, or the work the believer does. It is as we put to work, the word or covenant demands that our wealthy destiny become a reality. This covenant demands is giving Pro. 11:24-25.

  • A royal destiny.

God’s will for the believer is to reign in life, on a king Rev. 5:9-10; 1Pet. 2:9. Kings reign by wisdom, and wisdom is doing what God ways Pro. 8:15-16; Mat. 7:24-25. In essence, our royal destiny depends on how much we obey what God days.

  • A destiny of health and wholeness.

God’s plan for the believer is health, strength, vitality and wholeness 3Jn. 2; 2Cor. 5:17-20; Pro. 13:17. Our health is a function of God’s word that we have in us and put to work Pro. 4:20-22.

  • A good old age.

God’s plan for the believer is a long, fulfilling and satisfying line on the earth Exo. 23:25-26; Psa. 91:16; Gen. 25:8. When the believer is filled with, and makes in the word of God that liveth and abideth forever, he is imparted with the virtue of long life 1Pet. 1:23.

Characteristics of Prophetic Words.

These are indications that will show to us that we will show to us that we have truly received a prophetic word.

  1. Every prophetic word received and believed ignites hope.

When God’s word is unveiled to a believer, hope is ignited in him Rms. 4:18; 15:4. Remember, hope is the cure for shame Rms. 5:5.

  • Every prophetic word received and believed stimulates joy and rejoicing.

When the believer sees what God has in store for him, his heart rejoices because they are always good and great Psa. 119:162; Jer. 15:16; 29:11. Therefore, when a believer has not hope and depressed, it is a clear indication that he does not see the prophetic plan of God for his life.

In conclusion, God does not need time to deliver whatever He chooses to do 1Pet. 1:3. When our expectation is unwavering in a prophetic word, we have committed the ‘now’ God to deliver Pro. 23:18; 24:14; Rms. 4:17-21. Therefore, let’s expect all the prophetic release at Shiloh 2022 to come to fulfilment, and proof it with the attitude of praise.
