We understand from scriptures that our God operates prophetically; He declares His intention before doing it Isa. 42:9; 46:10. Someone may ask, are prophecies reliable? Can one put all his heart on a prophecy and be confident that he won’t be disappointed?

How Powerful are Prophecies?

i) Prophecies carry in-built power for fulfillment.

God’s word is backed up with His power Lk. 5:17; Heb. 1:3. In essence, prophecies carry the power of God in it for its fulfillment Isa. 55:10-11; Lk. 1:34-35.

ii) God speaks according to His capacity, not our limitations.

This is why prophecies always appear as impossible to man, because it is not at man’s level but God’s capacity level to make happen, which is far above man Isa. 55:8-9; 2Kgs. 7:1-2,19-20. When we understand this, it becomes cheap and easy for us to believe for the fulfilment of prophecy.

iii) God speaks according to His integrity, not our unpredictability.

God cannot lie; because it is contrary to His nature Tit. 1:2; Heb. 6:15-18. Therefore, when God says a thing, it is sure to happen as He has spoken Rms. 3:4.

Faith is the spiritual force with which we trigger the power, capacity and integrity of God for the performance of the prophecy Lk. 1:45.

How Does Faith Facilitate Fulfilment of Prophecies?

1. Faith invokes the hand of God to work.

Every prophetic word requires the hand of God for its fulfilment 1Kgs. 8:15,24. It takes faith to secure God’s hand to work Isa. 53:1; Mat. 9:27-29; Mk. 9:23. In essence, when our faith comes alive, God’s hand goes to work and delivery of prophecy is guaranteed. Faith is built, and it’s a personal responsibility, everyone that will see prophecy come to fulfilment in his life this year must accept the personal responsibility to build his faith.

2. Give ourselves to the demands of prophecy.

Faith is an active force; one way it acts is that it moves the believer to do what is scripturally required to take delivery of what God has promised Heb. 11:7; Jms. 2:18-22. When the believer takes steps of faith, he becomes qualify for the delivery of what God has spoken Lk. 5:5-8; 1Tim. 4:15.

3. Commit to speak faith-filled words.

One other way that faith moves the believer is in spoken words 2Cor. 4:13. As the believer speaks faith-filled words, the hand of God is released to deliver every word that God has spoken Lk. 21:25; Mk. 11:23; Psa. 81:10-14.

Faith for the Reality of Fortune 2024 Prophetic Word.

The faith that will make the believer to take delivery of Fortune 2024 prophetic agenda is the pursuit of the advancement of God’s kingdom Psa. 102:13-15. Taking pleasure in the matters of the kingdom is key to experiencing fearful favor from God, which is what we call fortune Psa. 35:27.

Three basic ways we take pleasure in kingdom matters:

1. Engagement in kingdom advancement prayers 6:6,9-10,17-18.
2. Soul winning endeavors 15:1-2,8,16; 2Cor. 5:17-20.
3. Commitment to kingdom care covenant 19:17; 28:27; Gal. 6:10.

What is in praying kingdom-advancement prayers?

There are returns from engaging in praying kingdom advancement prayers; we become self-motivated when we understand them.

1. Prayer has proved to be the most effective of all sickles of harvest for church growth in scriptures 66:7-8; Acts 6:4,7.
2. Kingdom advancement prayer and fasting is one of the major ways we serve God and the interest of His kingdom even until old age 6:9-10,17-18; Psa. 2:8; Lk. 2:37.
3. Kingdom advancement prayer secures access to divine favor as we saw in Nehemiah, including the miracle of marital settlement 6:33; Neh. 2:1-9; Pro. 22:18.
4. Praying for the needs of others to be met commits God to meeting our needs 6:8.

What is in soul winning for me?

When we take delight in faithful and fruitful engagement in soul winning, the following are the benefits that accrue to us.

1. Engenders healing, health and wholeness 15:1-2; 2Cor. 5:20; Pro. 13:17.
2. Engenders supernatural supplies 10:1-7; 22:35.
3. Secures supernatural fruitfulness 23:25-26; Psa. 127:3.
4. Confers divine honour 15:8; Pro. 14:28; 1Sam. 2:30.
5. Secures long life 23:25-26; Psa. 92:10-14; Jn. 15:1-2.

In conclusion, we have come to a year that God has ordained for us to become the light to our dark world. My prayer is that this will become your experience in reality from today. We must therefore take a strong position in the 2024 prophetic church growth and cell replication agenda, to see that it is delivered before the end of the first half of the year.

2. Father in the name of Jesus, by your Spirit, cause my faith to come alive, thereby enable me to take full delivery of the prophetic word for the year 9:23.
