By new birth, every believer is now born of God and belongs to God’s family 1Jn. 3:9-10; Eph. 2:18-19; Rms. 8:16-17. Every family has their heritage, which becomes the right of everyone born into that family. The heritage of God’s family is so great that when actualized the believer’s experience will be out of this world 2Pet. 1:3-4; Rev. 5:9-10. This is why we call it breakthrough heritage; it will establish the believer over all the limitations on the earth. But to see this heritage become a reality, the believer’s eyes of understanding must become open to it 2Cor. 3:18; Jer. 1:10; Exo. 7:1-2.

What is Our Breakthrough Heritage as Contained in God’s Word.

1. Redemption made believers as stars, and not a failure.

Jesus was sent to the earth as a star, and this literally manifested at His birth Rev. 22:16; Lk. 1:32; Mat. 2:1-2. New birth brings the believer into the same status of Christ, as a star to his world Jn. 17:18; 20:21. A star means being outstanding by result and impact.

• Redemption made believers to be far above all principalities and powers.

The challenge of man in life is the powers of darkness, which have the mission to rob man of the glorious life God has ordained for him Eph. 6:12-13. The good news is that new birth raises the believer to a new level of authority, which is far above these forces of darkness thereby putting the believer in command of life Eph. 2:6; 1:20-21.

• Redemption empowers believers to command supernatural breakthrough.

Every believer by reason of new birth has been turned into a global personality Mat. 5:13-16. In essence, everything that limits men has lost power over the believer, this empowers the believer to keep making progress until he becomes a global phenomenon Pro. 4:18.

• Redemption turns the believer into ‘gods’ in the likeness of men.

New birth is a spiritual birth akin to the natural birth, but now the believer is born of the Spirit of God Jn. 3:5-8. By the law of procreation, like is made to beget like Gen. 1:21. In essence, being born of the Spirit of God makes the believer a god, no longer a man Psa. 82:5-7; Jn. 10:35. As a ‘god’ the believer is not to experience life at the level of man again, but his experience will be after the order of God almighty Acts 14:11; 28:3-6.

How to Access our Breakthrough Heritage.

1. One must possess a meek spirit

Meekness is the spiritual virtue of acknowledging one’s limited knowledge and understanding, with the readiness to be corrected, learn, unlearn and re-learn. This virtue is fundamental to actualizing our breakthrough heritage of global status Mat. 5:5; Num. 12:1-3,6-8; Exo. 11:3.

1. One must make a serene environment his lifestyle.

Quietness is a spiritual virtue that empowers the believer to take delivery of his heritage in Christ Isa. 30:15; Pro. 18:1. Elijah had to organize for a quiet environment before he could access the next level God has prepared for him in destiny 1Kgs. 19:11-12.

In conclusion, every man has the fundamental responsibility of determining the outcome of his life. And this is simply by his decisions and choices Deu. 30:19. Anyone can become a global personality if he will make the choice for it, and follow up with appropriate decisions. I see you by your right decisions rise as the next global giant
