Memory verse:

“O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive

thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.”

  • Hab. 3:2.

The understanding of times and season is a key factor for maximizing one’s life on the earth 1Chr. 12:32; Lk. 19:41-44. When this understanding is lacking, an individual’s abilities and potentials may be rendered ineffective and unproductive. This is why the preacher says that the race of life does not necessarily answer to those who are swift, rather it is the happening of time that do Eccl. 9:11.

By scriptural understanding, we have come to an important time of the year; the midst of the year season, which is the month of June and July. Scriptures make us to understand that it is a time of revival Hab. 3:1-2. Every revival is ordained for the dramatic change of story for men Hab. 3:17-19. What the understanding of the time does is that it enables us to know the right thing to do, which will result in the delivery of the fruits ordained for the season. Therefore, the understanding of what a revival is, and what to do in a revival becomes vital for us for this season.

Understanding what a revival really is.

  1. A revival is when divine visitation amongst the people begin to translate into supernatural turnaround testimonies Zph. 3:17-20; Lk. 7:13-16.

In essence, a revival time is an appointed time of God’s visitation to a people. Remember, every visitation of God results in the dramatic change of story for men Psa. 65:9-10.

  • A revival is when the word of God comes alive among God’s people in increasing dimension Jer. 31:34; Acts 19:20.

When a revival breaks out, men will begin to have special appetite for God’s word like never before. And there will be the unusual access to brighter light and understanding of God’s word, which will culminate in the dramatic change of story and levels for the people.

What is one to do to maximize a revival season? Every revival feeds on prayer investment; this means prayer is what births and keeps the fire of revival burning. Therefore, we must continue to pray for the continuous manifestation of divine visitation and increasing revelation among the people in the midst of the year Rms. 8:31; Eph. 1:17-18. One thing I am confident of is, as you give yourself to unusual engagement in prayer, the midst of the year 2021 shall turn you to a wonder.

Jesus is Lord!

Prayer.

Father in the name of Jesus, I receive a fresh outpouring of the Spirit of grace and supplication to engage tireless on the prayer altar all through this revival Zch. 12:10.

Action.

Identify everything that makes your prayer life to be weak, and remove them from your life.

Priestly Blessings.

I command the fire of prayer to be ignited on your life afresh right now!

There shall be the strange appearance of God in your life and affairs in this prophetic season!
