Life has doors, they are many and positioned along the journey of life Rev. 3:20; Jn. 10:1-3. This understanding and how to take authority over the doors is vital to what the experience of each person will be in life. This is because whoever has charge over the doors of life, either the individual or the enemy, will determine the outcome in life. This means that it is a battle over the doors and gates of life. God’s design is that His children possess the authority over the doors, but the challenge is that it goes with responsibility Mat. 16:18-19.
What are the Responsibilities for Open Doors?
- Be Born Again and Remain So.
At salvation, Jesus Christ who has custody of the keys of the kingdom steps into the believer’s life Rev. 3:7. This experience gives the believer access to the keys of life Jn. 1:12.
- Continue to Walk in the Fear of God.
The fear of God secures divine presence, which is the master key to open doors in life Gen. 42:18; 39:2-5,21; Psa. 114:1-8.
- Remain in Love with God.
When the love of God is established in a believer, he becomes one with God Jn. 14:21; 1Jn. 4:16. With God’s presence, every door opens of their own accord to the individual Rms. 8:28.
- Lay Hold on the Right Word.
Knowledge of God’s word is a vital key that open doors Mat. 16:19; Lk. 11:52. The believer must labor in the bible to lay hold on the right word concerning the area he desires open doors, and put the word to work Job 6:25; 2Tim. 2:15; Rev. 3:7-8.
- Enter into a Covenant to Keep Serving God.
Serving God and the interest of His kingdom invokes divine intervention in believer’s life, which is the master key to open doors 2Chr. 15:12,15. This implies that when serving God becomes the lifestyle, all doors open to the believer, which makes all things to answer to him without struggle thereafter Mat. 6:33.
Conclusion.
God’s design is that you don’t struggle in life the way others do. This demand accepting the covenant responsibilities for this to become one’s experience in life. You can make your days of struggle to be over finally today!
Salvation Prayer.
To anyone reading this who desires to give their life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart:
“Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me; on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you, Jesus, for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen!”

God’s blessing is the secret to success and struggle-free experience in life (Pro. 10:22). Scriptural Examples of the Power of God’s Blessing. God’s blessing empowered Adam for dominion over the earth. He was made out of dust, the most useless thing, but exercised dominion after he received the blessing (Gen. 1:26-28). God’s Blessing Turned Abraham […]
