The world currently is experiencing financial holocaust, the kind never seen before, and it is a prophetic agenda (Mal. 4:1-3; Mat. 24:7-8). The good news is that God’s children are going to walk in financial fortune in the midst of the financial breakdown that will defy all human solution (Job 22:29). There is the demand for believers to understand God’s prescription to escape the holocaust and experience supernatural prosperity, and engage with them (Jer. 6:16).
Covenant Keys to a World of Financial Fortune.
God’s kingdom operates by keys; these are the keys of the kingdom, among them are those that opens doors to the world of fortune. What are these keys?
- Engaging Tirelessly in Covenant Practice.
Scripture shows that the covenant is the sledge hammer that breaks financial hardship and empowers for wealth (Deu. 8:18; 2Chr. 15:12,15; Job 22:21-25). It is not enough to understand the covenant demands, walking in them is the guarantee for financial fortune (Gen. 17:1-2; 2Cor. 9:6-8; Php. 4:15-19).
- Be Spiritually-minded.
Spiritual mindedness means the virtue of having the things of the kingdom taking center stage in the heart of a believer thereby controlling his life (Rms. 8:5-6). The quality of being spiritually minded is a foundation that foster the prosperity of a believer (3Jn. 2; 1Tim. 4:7-8).
- Walking in Financial Integrity.
Integrity is the virtue of honesty and moral uprightness that make believers hate and run from ungodliness, iniquity, moral laxity, and the likes; it is a vital anchor for experiencing fortune (Zch. 5:1-4; Jer. 17:11; Pro. 11:3; Job 22:21-25).
- Stay Committed to Being a Blessing.
The purpose of financial fortune is to make a believer a blessing to humanity, beginning from the church (Gen. 12:1-3; 1Tim. 6:17-19). The more a believer is a blessing, the more he gains access to greater dimension of fortune (Pro. 11:24-25).
- Seek Continuous Guidance in Your Endeavor.
God is the only one who knows the way to the promised land of each person; this is where the land flows with milk and honey, rocks bring forth honey, and the hills are flints of water (Deu. 8:7-9; 32:12-13). Following God’s guidance is the guarantee to accessing this land, the place of fortune (Pro. 3:5-6; Isa. 48:17,21; Jn. 21:5-6).
- Be Committed to Thinking and Speaking Covenant-based Word.
Fortune is God’s will for all serving Him, but our thoughts and words are vital to experiencing fortune (Psa. 35:27; Pro. 23:7; 18:22). It is thinking and speaking covenant-based words that makes fortune answer to our thoughts and words (Php. 4:8).
- Keep Rejoicing to Sustain the Flow of Financial Fortune.
Joy and rejoicing results in the lifestyle of thanksgiving, praise, and worship; these are covenant triggers and sustainers of financial fortune (Deu. 28:47-48; Psa. 67:5-7; Hab. 3:17-19; 1Ths. 5:16,18; Heb. 10:36).
Conclusion.
One of the heritages of every true child of God is a supernatural prosperous life (Jn. 10:10). This becomes a reality only when believer embrace required responsibility (Deu. 28:1-3). Over to you!
Salvation Prayer.
To anyone reading this who desires to give their life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart:
“Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me; on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you, Jesus, for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen!”
Prayer.
- Father, open my eyes by Your Spirit to the covenant of financial fortune, enabling me to walk in fortune from today (Jn. 12:35-36).
- Father, I receive grace for tireless commitment to covenant practice, thereby granting me access to the world of financial fortune from now (1Cor. 15:10).
