The scriptures make us to understand that life is in times and seasons Gen. 1:14; Eccl. 3:1. An understanding of the season is essential to make the most of our life on the earth 1Chr. 12:32. The mid-year which is June and July, with equal months of five before and after, is identified in scriptures as revival season Hab. 3:2. This means that we are in the midst of a revival. A revival is ordained by God for the supernatural lifting of the believer, but only the engaging believer enjoys this benefit Jer. 30:19-21. Therefore, every believer should ensure that he makes the most of the season by engaging in kingdom advancement endeavor to become a beneficiary of the season.

What are the Opportunities a Revival presents?

1. A place for following up of new converts to the point of establishment.

From scriptures we understand that until our converts abide in the faith, we are not considered to have done a work in the kingdom Jn. 15:16. Following up the converts is one of the ways to ensure that our converts abide Acts 16:35, we do this by engaging the prayer altar to see that the life of Christ is fully formed in them Col. 4:12. We do also this by checking on our converts over and again in purpose visit, this will encourage them to maintain their stand in the faith and the church Rms. 1:11. Also, we can make spiritual resources available to them that will help build their faith in Christ; like books, CDs, DVDs etc 1Pet. 2:2; 2Tim. 2:15. Remember, when we get our converts established in the faith and the church, we become entitled to the rewards of God, which has the guarantee of riches and freedom from sorrow Jn. 15:16; Pro. 10:22.

I want to charge every believer to do everything to make the month a highly productive month in his/ her kingdom service. Get ready to see the God of wonders in your life as you engage in this revival.

Father in the name of Jesus, empower me by your Spirit to fully engage in this on-going revival, resulting in the full delivery of the rewards of the season in my life Eph. 6:19.

Have a budget for your kingdom advancement endeavor in this revival season.
