A revival is a divine visitation ordained for our supernatural change of position Zph. 3:17-20. When God told His servant, Bishop David Oyedepo, May 2^nd 2015 that “I the God of wonder double is visiting you”, the commission was launched into a season of revival. Every revival is work time for the believer, but also a season of great profits for the participating believer Hag. 2:4-5; Pro. 14:23. Every believer is to take advantage of the season for great profit, by commitment to kingdom advancement engagement Mat. 6:33. The scriptures make us to understand that when the believer plays ignorance to a revival, he is not only going to miss out of the blessing, but he is at the danger of being destroyed Lk. 19:41-44. Therefore, it is a time the believer should go all out in maximizing the benefit of the season by kingdom advancement engagement.

What are the ways of engaging in a revival?

1. Engagement in compelling people to come to church.

There is the place of compelling invitation of the unsaved to church in scriptures Lk. 14:23. This is when the believer makes it nearly impossible for his targeted contact to turn down the invitation or give an excuse not to come. The crippled man was carried daily to the beautiful gate of the temple till that day he encountered God’s power that set him free, after which he entered the temple by himself Acts 6:1-6,16. There are people that must be so carried to the church till the day they will encounter Christ, after then they will be making it there by themselves. One way we do this is by providing means of transportation for our converts to church. The profit is that everyone involved in bringing people will never be stranded in life Eph. 6:8; Psa. 41:1-3.

It is revival time! We must make the most of the moment as we pursue after God and the advancement of His kingdom like we have never done before.

Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for tireless kingdom advancement engagement; thereby positioning me for the full delivery of the glory of this season Acts 1:8.

Make the choice to provide everything necessary to make all your convert and invitees attend next Sunday service with you.
