A revival is the celebration of divine visitation in the midst of people, ordained for the change of position of the people Zph. 3:17-20; Hab. 3:2,17-19. Remember that we belong to a kingdom of responsibility, where every opportunity in the kingdom places demand on those who desire to benefit Deu. 28:1-2. A revival season is a season of great opportunities for the believer, therefore, it is also a season of great demands Hag. 2:3-9. A revival season is a spiritual harvest season, where God’s kingdom become established over territories and the lives of individuals are dramatically transformed and lifted Acts 2:1-3,42-45. Therefore, everyone should ensure he is not an onlooker, but a part of the on-going revival so as to be a partaker of the glory thereof Pro. 10:5.

What are the Opportunities a Revival presents?

1. A place for inviting people to church for their salvation.

We have established from scriptures that the proof of a revival is the massive salvation of souls Acts 8:5-8. When God took on the form of flesh, and came on the earth in the person of Jesus Christ. One of the days he met with a Samaritan woman in an unconventional situation, the moment the woman recognized Him, she went all out inviting people to meet with Christ Jn. 4:13-19,28-30,39. This is what the believer is ordained to do; again and again go out inviting people for the feast of God’s word in the church where they have the privilege of meeting with Christ and becoming saved Lk. 14:17-21. The good news is, God is honored in the multitudes of people, and He honors back those who engage in doing so Pro. 14:28; 1Sam 2:30.

We are in a season of rare and great opportunities as believers. If we will see the demand as opportunities rather than burden, and respond to them, we have positioned for the full delivery of the blessings of the season.

Prayer.                                                

Father in the name of Jesus, empower me by your Spirit to fully engage in this on-going revival, resulting in the full delivery of the rewards of the season in my life Eph. 6:19.
