It is very important that we know we are in a revival! A revival is a season of divine visitation among men, when God chooses to show up and manifest Himself like never before among men Exo. 3:7-10; 19:10-11. Every revival is a season of great things, which always result in the rise of giants. But that is only for those who make the choice to be a part of the revival by giving themselves to the demands. For those who are ignorant of the revival, they risk being destroyed Lk. 19:41-44. In essence, in a revival there are those who are made and others who end up as casualties. A commitment to pursue after God and the advancement of His kingdom is what makes the believer to profit from a revival Mat. 6:33. Therefore, every believer that desires to rise by this revival must commit to kingdom advancement engagement.

What are the ways of engaging in a revival?

1. Engagement in ‘Come and See’ endeavors.

This is the situation where the believer invites the unsaved to fellowship and church for the purpose of meeting with Christ, who can meet all the needs of men. This was what the Samaritan woman that Jesus met at the well of Jacob did Jn. 4:4-7,28-29,39. She ran into the city inviting people to come and meet with Christ, all the men of the city followed her, and believed in Him. We also saw Philip, after meeting with Christ went to bring Nathanael, who also ended up believing in Christ when he met with Him Jn. 1:43-49. Every believer has the responsibility to go again and again inviting people to the church for encounter with Christ Lk. 14:17-21.

It is revival time! We must not be careless or behave as men of no understanding 1Cor. 14:20. We must therefore be committed to pursue after God and the advancement of His kingdom in the different ways possible, and do it like we have never done before.

Jesus is Lord!

Prayer.                                                

Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for tireless kingdom advancement engagement; thereby positioning me for the full delivery of the glory of this season Acts 1:8.

Action.

Set a target of the number of people that you must bring to meet with Jesus and get established in the faith this year.
