Memory verse:

“I am sleeping, but my heart is awake; it is the sound of my

loved one at the door, saying, Be open to me, my sister, my love,

my dove, my very beautiful one; my head is wet with dew, and my hair with the drops of the night.”

“I have put off my coat; how may I put it on? My feet are washed; how may I make them unclean?”

“My loved one put his hand on the door, and my heart was moved

 for him.”

“I got up to let my loved one in; and my hands were dropping with myrrh, and my fingers with liquid myrrh, on the lock of the door.”

“I made the door open to my loved one; but my loved one had taken himself away, and was gone, my soul was feeble when his back was turned on me; I went after him, but I did not come near him; I said his name, but he gave me no answer.”

  • SOS 5:2-6.

From scriptures, we have come to understand that obedience is the key to maximize every instruction and opportunities of the kingdom Deut. 28:1-2; Jms. 1:25. But it is not just obedience that we need, the obedience has to be prompt for it to deliver the blessing the opportunity or instruction offers. One reason why obedience must be prompt for us to enjoy the blessing is because we serve a God of times and season Eccl. 3:1-9. God operates by or with a schedule on the earth, only when we do things in His time-frame that we have the guarantee of result, beauty and glory in life Eccl. 3:11. Responding immediately to God’s instruction is the sure way to doing it within the time allotted by God.

Our teachings this week will be focused on the attitude we must adopt for prompt response to every vision, instruction and directives. This week shall launch you into a new realm in your walk with God.

The Right Attitude for Prompt Response to Divine Vision.

  1. A ‘dive’ in our obedient response.

For our obedience to be prompt, we must give it a ‘dive’ approach, wherein the moment the instruction is given to us we take action immediately. All through scriptures, everyone that maximize divine instruction responded with a dive Jn. 5:2-7; Isa. 55:1,10-11. Scriptures therefore teaches us that for divine instruction to profit the most, our response must be timely. Abraham by his prompt response to all instruction of God was turned from a ‘nobody’ into a trans-generational personality Gen. 12:1-4; 22:1-5,16-18.

Therefore, to make the most of the on-going Operation By All Means, we must respond immediately to the demand of kingdom advancement endeavours.
