Memory verse:
“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:”
“For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”
“Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?”
“Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?”
“If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?”
- Mat. 7:7-11.
There is nothing that makes life to be more exciting than to have ones need met at all times. And there is nothing more frustrating in life than unmet needs, especially when a man does not know what to do again. Prayer is the platform God gave the believer to have all his needs met in life Mat. 7:7-8,11; Mk. 11:24. Remember, we serve the El-Shaddai God; the all-sufficient God Psa. 24:1; 50:10-12. When the believer understands how to make the best of the prayer platform, he has escaped from the realm of lack in life. This is because what he does not have will be what he has not asked for Jn. 16:23-24. The question is, how do we make our prayers to be answered always?
Covenant requirements to enjoy answer in prayer always.
- Engage in a cry of faith.
Faith is one thing that God cannot turn a deaf ear to Mk. 2:5; Lk. 5:20. In essence, when the believer approaches God in prayer, his faith must be alive for his voice to be heard by God. Remember, when we succeed at making our voice to be heard by God in prayer, we have guarantee of answer 1Jn. 5:14-15. Also, we have the devil and his agents to confront for our prayers to access heaven and our answer to reach us Dan. 9:21-23; Eph. 6:12. Faith will silence all operations of the devil and secure answer to our prayers Eph. 6:16. Therefore, the cry of faith in prayer guarantees answer without fail Mk. 10:46-52; Jms. 1:6-8.
