Memory verse:
“In the multitude of people is the king’s honour: but in the want of people is the destruction of the prince.”
- Pro. 14:28.
God is ever committed to build His church, and His mission is to see His church enlarge to the point of taking over the community and territory Matt. 16:18; Zch. 2:4-5. When God is at work, the outcome will always make men to marvel Psa. 118:23. This is because of the magnitude of the result, the rate or time-lag, and the irrelevance of natural factors in delivery of the result. IN essence, to see this church double in attendance is what God takes delight at, and to see it accomplished within a week is no problem with Him.
We must understand that God will do nothing without man invoking Him into manifestation Ezk. 22:30; Phile. 14. In essence, when we accept the responsibility to move God to work over this assembly, we have the guarantee of experiencing the double attendance by Sunday. The question is, how do we move God to do this? We have been proffering answer to this question in our teaching on this subject since Monday.
The Covenant Forces to Invoke God to Double Church Attendance Suddenly.
- We must engage our faith in God that can deliver any task within one hour.
Our faith as children of God sets the pace on what, how and when God will go to work for us. Remember, we serve the God who nothing is too hard to accomplish Jer. 32:27,17. The same thing that took someone else a month can be delivered with God at work in an hour 2Pet. 3:8. Our God has accomplished great feats in just an hour from bible records Matt. 8:10,13; Rev. 18:10,16-17. If God has done it before, He will do it again as we put our faith to work Mal 3:6.
- We must be expectant to see the desired result.
Expectation is a vital requirement to see faith deliver result Pro. 23:18; Hab. 2:1-3. Faith really is expectation based on what the word of God says. When our expectation is ignited, the power of God is triggered to make the desired result become a reality.
The question someone may ask is, what do I stand to enjoy in having the church attendance double within a week? In response, the growth of the church brings honor to God Pro. 14:28. Everyone that is a part of bringing honor to God, is honored in return by God 1Sam. 2:30.
