God’s kingdom operates an individual operational system, where God deals with each person as individuals Isa. 51:2. And God will not force Himself on any man; rather each one’s obedience or disobedience is a personal choice Deu. 30:19. A basic choice that is essential for the believer to make the most of kingdom life is the choice to labor in the kingdom Pro. 14:23. It is labor that entitles the believer for rewards in the kingdom, and God’s rewards guarantees a fulfilled life for the believer Pro. 10:22. Labor means our response to every instruction of scriptures particularly in promoting the kingdom.

What makes the believer’s labor to command rewards in the kingdom.

1. The believer’s heart must be involved in his labor for God.

Some believers’ labor for God but their heart is not after God Mk. 7:6. God looks at the heart to reward what we do with our body 2Chr. 16:9. The truth is that one cannot have a heart for God and not have time for Him, which enables the believer to command rewards 1Sam. 13:14.

• The believer’s labor must involve passion for souls.

Salvation of souls is the most important thing to God on the earth Mat. 16:26; Jn. 3:16. Any kingdom labor a believer is involved that does not reflect passion for souls may be effort that is futile. A heart for God makes a believer passionate for souls Jn. 21:15-17.

• God does not bless groups, He blesses individuals.

The blessing of God is accessible only by individuals, not as a group or a team Mat. 24:45-47. Every believer must engage in kingdom labor with an individualistic mentality in order to make the most of his opportunity.

Jesus is Lord!

Prayer.                                                

Father, in the name of Jesus, I receive the help of the Holy Spirit to deliver result to expectation thereby qualifying me for God’s reward this from now Isa. 41:10.
