Memory verse:   

“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.”

• 12:12.

The scriptures make us to understand that the believer is ordained for abundant life Jn. 10:10. But this will only answer to the choice of individuals, because our choice will determine our actions and our ultimate experience Deu. 30:19. God’s blessing, also referred to as God’s rewards, is what makes the abundant life a reality for the believer Exo. 23:25. This will answer to the believer’s obedience to the commandment of kingdom service Exo. 23:25-26; Job 36:11. In essence, the choice to be committed to serving God is the wisdom that will deliver the abundant life.

Essential approach to make our labor deliver God’s reward.

1. Heaven rejoices over one soul that is saved, and not efforts made.

The scriptures state clearly that heaven rejoices when a soul is saved Lk, 15:7. In essence, it is the souls that make decisions for Christ that counts in heavens record, and determine our reward not the number of people we speak to about Christ.

2. We are rewarded for results obtained and not for steps taken.

We must adopt such strategy that will make our steps and efforts deliver result of abiding souls in the church and God’s kingdom Jn. 15:16. This is because it is the results that attract God’s rewards Mat. 25:20-23.

3. God does not pay groups, He pays individuals.

The scriptures make it clear that God deals with men individually, not as groups Isa. 51-1-2. Therefore, as we work as a team or partners in this prophetic season, we must be individualistic in our approach in order to maximize the opportunity of the season Rev. 22:12.

Jesus is Lord!

Prayer.                                                

Father in the name of Jesus, empower by your Spirit to deliver result to expectation in this on-going prophetic season Acts 1:8.

Action.

Set target for yourself for this season, and believe God for it.
