Memory verse:

“And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and

said unto them, Occupy till I come.”

“But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying,

We will not have this man to reign over us.”

“And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to

whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man

 had gained by trading.”

“Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.”

“And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.”

“And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.”

“And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.”

  • Lk. 19:13-19.

Life is a product of how well we utilize opportunities, and there is no man that does not have opportunities come to him in life. Opportunities come knocking on the door of each man time and again, but it is individual’s choice to either embrace or ignore Rev. 3:20; Mk. 10:46-52. Many in life refuse to take responsibility for the opportunities that come their way, while they go about blaming every other person for the undoing in their lives. SOS 5:1-10. This is the reason why failure seems to be popular in our society, and we have very few that succeed. Also, this is the cheap escape some believers use; when witches, spells, enchantments, or generational curses become responsible for their issues, instead of accepting their failure at maximizing opportunities.

Scriptures make us to understand that our choice as individuals is what determines our lot ultimately in life Deut. 30:19. In essence, whether the devil is at work or on break, when a believer makes the right choices his outcome is bound to be right. And the truth is that each person is making one choice or the other every moment of his life. Therefore, if we can accept the responsibility of the right choice for every opportunity, we have positioned ourselves for the best in life.

This week, our teaching will be focused on certain fundamental opportunities each person must make the choice for in order to make the most of his life on the earth and hereafter. I can see a most amazing week ahead of each one as we engage with what God has for us this week. Be blessed.

Opportunities Every Man must Engage in to Maximize life.

  1. Accessing revelation from God’s word.

Revelation is the spiritual understanding of God’s word to the extent of knowing its application for delivery of desired result Psa. 119:18; Dan. 9:2. Revelation is also seeing from God’s word what He said concerning one’s life as a believer. And by the law of the kingdom, until one sees it one cannot take possession Gen. 13:14-15. Therefore, the believer’s access to all of his inheritance in Christ is by revelation Jer. 1:11-12; Acts 20:32. This means the believer’s life is a function of the level of revelation he possesses. The truth is that we access revelation as individuals; no one can listen, read, and meditate on behalf of another 1Tim. 4:13,15; 2Tim. 2:15. Therefore, every believer that desires to make the most of life must accept the responsibility of accessing revelation for his life. And this is by the choice to be committed to the reading, study, meditation on God’s word as a lifestyle Jos. 1:8; Psa. 1:2-3.
