Memory verse:   

“Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?” 

“Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.”

We should remember that we are in the midst of the year, which ends with the month of July. A time the bible recognizes as revival season Hab. 3:2. For us specifically, the Holy Spirit has tagged the season as ‘Operation Reach for the stars’. God is saying to everyone that is interested that He has ordained for the rise of kingdom giants, as we give ourselves to the demands He has commanded for the season Deu. 28:1. God’s demand for the season is commitment to the advancement of His kingdom Mat. 6:33; Dan. 12:3. But we must understand that faith is the spiritual force that empowers the believer to pursue and deliver whatever God commands Jn. 6:28-29. This is because when God speaks, it is always beyond human capacity. Therefore, it will require the faith of the believer to dare the pursuit and accomplishment.

Understanding the faith that delivers divine agenda.

1. Whatever is not of faith is sin.

The scriptures make us to understand that anything the believer does that is outside of faith is sin Rms. 14:23. In essence, any time a believer act in unbeliever; He is disconnected from God the source of life. The outcome is death, which will mean no result, no accomplishment and failure Rms. 6:23.

• Faith is what makes divine purpose to be accomplished.

When the believer’s faith comes alive, God is invoked into the situation for performance of whatever He has commanded Lk. 1:34-35,45. Remember, whatever God says is at His level of ability and will require His hand to deliver it 1Kgs. 8:15,24. Faith is what moves God’s hand to work Isa. 53:1.

Therefore, faith is essential to actualize any divine task Heb. 11:7; Gen. 6:14. Faith is a kingdom virtue that is built, it does not happen automatically. And we build faith through God’s word Rms. 10:17.

Jesus is Lord!

Prayer.                                                

Father in the name of Jesus, baptize me with the Spirit of faith afresh, thereby empower me to take full delivery of your word for this season Lk. 1:45.

Action.

Dig deeper into the same scriptures that has ignited faith for the delivery of God’s purpose for the season.
