Memory verse:
“Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?”
“Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.”
- Jn. 6:28-29.
The scriptures make us to understand that God’s kingdom to which we belong by redemption is a kingdom of responsibility Deu. 28:1-2. In essence, there is the responsibility that the believer must take up in order to enjoy the provisions of the kingdom. When it appears the believer is failing at experiencing the delivery of what God offers, it is because he failed in taking his responsibility. We identified faith as the core responsibility for the believer to take delivery of whatever God has declared or offers Lk. 1:45; Jn. 6:28-29. Therefore, the believer needs a sound understanding of the subject of faith in order to take delivery of all that God has ordained Pro. 4:7-9.
Understanding the faith that delivers divine agenda.
- It takes the hand of God to deliver any divine task.
Whatever God declares or commands require His hand to deliver it 1Ths. 5:24; 1Kgs. 8:15,24. This is because when God speaks of what He will do, He is speaking at His level of ability and capacity, which is beyond man’s ability Isa. 55:9. Hence, it will require His hand or ability at work to get it done.
- God’s hand is invoked essentially by faith.
The scriptures make us to understand that we can only invoke the hand of God by faith Isa. 53:1; Mat. 9:27-29. When the believer’s faith comes alive, God’s hand is instantly invoked into the situation. Whenever the hand of God is invoked, whatever God has declared is delivered without fail Psa. 118:15-16. Remember, faith comes as we feed on God’s word Rms. 10:17.
In essence, every divine task draws on divine backing 1Ths. 5:24; Isa. 14:24,27. God does not say a thing for it to fail, the believer only need to get his faith ignited for him to take full delivery of what God has promised. I see this season of glory become the practical reality in your life before this prophetic season is over.
