Memory verse:

“And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Israel, which spake with

his mouth unto David my father, and hath with his hand fulfilled it, saying,”

  • 1Kgs. 8:15.

The Living Faith church Worldwide, the commission we belong, clocked 40 years on May 2nd 2021. It is a prophetic event; in that at the end of the 40th year, God brought the Israelite out of their wilderness journey into the Promised Land Deut. 8:1-2.7-10. Prophecies are divine verdicts ordained for fulfillment Isa. 14:14,27. Whatever God says places responsibility on man, and only those who accept the responsibility are candidates for the performance of God’s word in their lives. We have established in our teaching this week that thanksgiving and praise is a core responsibility for the fulfilment of the prophetic access into one’s Promised Land at 40. How?

Scriptures makes us to understand that thanksgiving and praise are expression of faith in God on any issue in life. They are the greatest way of faith manifestation Rms. 4:17-21. Faith is the spiritual force that moves God’s hand to work any time, any day Isa. 53:1. And it is God’s hand that guarantees the fulfilment of every prophetic word 1Kgs. 8:15. In essence, everyone that truly desires to experience the Promised Land in this prophetic season must make thanksgiving and praise his lifestyle.

Scriptural Example of the Fulfilment of Prophecy through Thanksgiving and Praise.

  1. Hezekiah, the king of Judah.

King Hezekiah was sick onto death, he called on God for his health to be restored and not to die. And a prophetic word came to him concerning his recovery Isa. 38:1-5. Scriptures shows us that King Hezekiah had to sing his song for this prophecy to be fulfilled Isa. 38:18-19. If he had watched, wait or just claiming the prophecy, probably he might see it come to pass. He had to engage the power of thanksgiving and praise to enforce the fulfilment of the prophecy.

The truth is this, we don’t watch, nor wait to see prophecies become fulfilled, we war or enforce it to fulfilment. And the force of thanksgiving and praise is a guaranteed way to do this. Remember, God’s word has given a guarantee of the growth of the church Matt. 16:18. Therefore, thanksgiving and praise will keep the church of Christ growing with nothing stopping it Jer. 30:19.

Jesus is Lord!

Father in the name of Jesus, I receive a fresh baptism of the garment of praise thereby empowering me for the lifestyle of thanksgiving and praise like never before Isa. 61:1,3.
