“For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.”

• Pro. 23:18.

Faith is described by scriptures as the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen Heb. 11:1. This means substance of things expected or expectation that we are confident about. And the source of this confidence is in God and what He has said, because we know it cannot fail Isa. 55:10-11. Therefore, faith can be simply said to be word-based expectation. We understand from scriptures that the experience of every believer is a function of his expectation Pro. 23:18. N one can life better of experience a future better than the expectation he has.

Understanding the power of expectation.

1. Expectation is foundation for active faith.

From scriptures we understand that faith without expectation is fake, just like prayer without faith will be vain Heb. 11:1; Jms. 1:6-7. This means that expectation is what gives faith the platform for delivery. Without expectation, faith is impotent and cannot deliver anything.

• Expectation gives power to our prayer for delivery.

What we expect to see happen based on God’s word is what we refer to as faith Heb. 11:1. Faith is what gives power to prayer that makes it to deliver. In essence, whatever we desire and pray believing, that is expecting, we shall receive Mk. 11:24. This means expectation is what gives power to prayer for delivery.

Remember that Shiloh 2022 is ordained by God as a mountain of delivery of testimonies 1Sam. 1:11-19. Therefore, our expectation is vital to make the most of this privilege that is just at our doorstep. As we get set for Shiloh 2022 come December 6^th– 11^th 2022, we must keep thinking the reality our expectations Pro. 23:7.

Jesus is Lord!

Prayer.                                                

Father, in the name of Jesus, help me by your Spirit to build word-based expectation, thereby positioning me for undeniable turnaround testimonies at Shiloh 2022 Mk. 9:24.

Action.

Let’s build our faith for our desired miracles at Shiloh 2022; thereby we stir our expectation to life.
