Memory verse:   

“And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of

 man should be glorified.”

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the

 ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much

 fruit.”

• Jn. 12:23-24.

We have established from scriptures that every man is created by God for a great life, because He made everyone in His image, the great God Psa. 95:3; Gen. 1:26. At redemption, this nature of God in man is made to come alive again Jn. 3:16. In essence, every believer is redeemed to be a giant irrespective of his background and credential Mat. 5:13-14. But emerging a giant is by accepting the responsibility Deut. 28:1. Scriptures show us that the responsibility is dedication to God and His kingdom Jn. 12:23-25. When the life of the believer becomes a seed to God and His kingdom, he is guaranteed to emerge as a giant.

Scriptural Example of Giant made on the Platform of Dedication.

1. The Example of Nehemiah.

Nehemiah was a war captive, privileged to be the cup bearer in the palace of Shushan Neh. 2:1. The comfort and pleasure that he had opportunity to enjoy did not becloud his judgment of dedication to God. When he heard of the state of Jerusalem and the broken down walls, his dedication to God and His kingdom was manifested in his unusual passion to see the dignity of Jerusalem restored Neh. 1:1-10; 2:2-3. He was not ashamed to publicly recognize with Jerusalem in her devastated state, and openly express his commitment before the king. He gave himself wholly to rebuilding the wall of Jerusalem, and against all odds got it accomplished in record time Neh. 4:17-21; 6:15. By his dedication, Nehemiah a cup bearer, emerge the governor of Judah Neh. 5:14.

Nehemiah had a dramatic change of status without any human connection but by the hand of God, which he invoked through his dedication to God Mal. 3:6. God is still in the business of changing people’s story, but the price remains the same, which is unquestionable dedication to God and His kingdom.

Jesus is Lord!

Prayer.                                                

Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for dedication to you, your word and instruction, thereby position to emerge a giant Jn. 12:23-24.

Action.

Commit to engage in kingdom advancement prayer, set goals of hour to spend daily and begin today.
