Memory verse:
“And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,”
“Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.” Acts 2:46-47.
The have said it over and again that the move of God in the midst of men is what we refer to as revival Zph. 3:17. Every time God moves among men, and the men align with His movement, a partnership has been created between God and man. This is why a revival always result in the supernatural advancement of men, because partnership with God moves the destiny of men forward Acts 4:13.
The benefits of committing to a revival?
- Every revival rescues believers from age-long captivity.
When God shows up among men, every force that had held the people captive is automatically broken to establish the liberty of the people Hab. 3:2-6; Exo. 3:7-10.
- Every move of the Spirit makes engaging believers a name and praise on the earth.
Whenever the Spirit of God moves among men, he turns mere men into men of worth and status in life Zph. 3:17-19.
- Serving God entitles the believer for days in prosperity and years in pleasure.
Serving God and the interest of His kingdom is typical of revival. This makes the believer spends his days in prosperity and years in pleasure Job 36:11; Jer. 7:23.
