Memory verse:
“And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? saith the LORD.” Jer. 30:21.
The move of God or the Spirit of God among men is what we refer to as revival Acts 2:1-4. Every revival will always result in the supernatural expansion of the church and supernatural elevation of the saints Acts 2:41-47. But there is the demand for everyone that desires to experience the blessing of a revival, and it is to engage in kingdom advancement endeavors Hag. 2:4-6. The good news is that we are in a revival, because we are in the post-resurrection season Acts 1:3.
Scriptural understanding to maximize a revival.
- Every revival rescues believers from age-long captivities.
The move or manifestation of God and His Spirit destroys all the works of the devil 1Jn. 3:8. In essence, when the believer commits to a revival, every age-long bondage will be destroyed in his life Hab. 2:2-6; Exo. 3:7-10.
- Every move of the Spirit of God makes the believer a name and praise on the earth.
The Spirit of God often is presented as a ‘wind’ Acts 2:1-4. Hence, when the Holy Spirit moves and a believer comes under the impact, he is lifted by the wind of the Spirit to supernatural height, like the eagle is raised by the storm Zph. 3:17-20.
Therefore, when the believer obeys and serve God and the interest of His kingdom, particularly in a revival, he has positioned himself to spend his days in prosperity and years in pleasure Job 36:11; Exo. 23:25-26.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father in the name of Jesus, empower me by your Spirit for kingdom advancement engagement in this post-resurrection season, thereby positions me for the blessings of the season Acts 1:8.
