Memory verse:
“To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:” Acts. 1:3.
The scriptures make us to understand that whatever God did before, He will do over and again Mal. 3:6. He made Jesus to appear to His disciples after His resurrection for forty (40) days, showing them proofs to establish that He is risen and alive Acts 1:3. Also, we know from scriptures that Jesus will do today what He did before Heb. 13:8. Therefore, encounter with the resurrected Christ is real in the next forty (40) days after the celebration of Easter. We only need to know what it takes to experience it.
Positioning for divine encounter with the resurrected Christ.
- One must be committed to walk in the spirit.
A believer is either walking in the flesh or the spirit Rms. 8:1,4; Gal. 5:16,25. It is those who walk in the spirit that are fit for encounter with the resurrected Christ Rev. 1:10. This implies following the dictates of the Spirit as a way of life.
- One must seek for an encounter with all his heart
From scriptures, we understand that God deals with the heart of men 1Sam. 16:7. Therefore, only men who pants with the heart to experience God will ever secure an encounter with him Jer. 29:13; Psa. 27:8. We need to go after encounter with God in this prophetic season with our heart.
- Understand that God can manifest Himself to us anywhere and at any time.
God is not limited by geographical location or time in reaching out to men. Moses has his encounter with God while at work, which turned him into a giant still celebrated till today Exo. 3:7-10; Deu. 34:10-12. Therefore, every one of us that desire encounter in this prophetic season must stand on our watch Hab. 2:1-3.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the help of the Holy Spirit to be correctly positioned for encounter with the resurrected Christ in this season Jer. 18:2-3.
Action.
Make the choice to walk in the spirit as your way of life from now.
Priestly Blessings.
Whatever that is fighting your walk in the spirit is cursed in your life now!
Your encounter with the resurrected Christ shall be testifies to be all in this season!
