Redemption brought believers into a realm where dominion becomes the normal experience 1Jn. 5:4. Particularly, God ordained the end-time believer to walk in dominion Psa. 87:1-7. A major aspect of life that this will be evident is dominion over sickness and disease. We need the understanding of our weapons and the skill of engaging them for our dominion to become a reality Psa. 18:34; 144:1.

The Weapons for Dominion Over Sickness and Disease.

  1. The Anointing Oil.

The anointing oil is a mystery of God’s kingdom that was unveiled in the Old Testament Exo. 30:30-31. It is ordained, among other things, to establish the dominion of believers over sickness and disease with guaranteed potency all through generations Jms. 5:14-15.

How the Anointing Oil Empowers for Dominion Over Sickness and Disease.

  1. The Medium Through which the Holy Spirit Manifests in Believers’ Life.

The anointing oil is a mystery through which the Holy Spirit is administered or transmitted to anyone who believes 1Sam. 16:13. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead indwells the anointing oil, with the power to quicken our mortal body Eph. 4:4-5; Rms. 8:11.

What is in the Anointing Oil that Heals?

  1. The Power of God.

The Holy Spirit is the power dimension of God, being the one in the anointing oil, it means the oil is ‘power weapon’ that manifests God’s power when administered by faith Acts 1:8. We must understand what this power is ordained to do?

  • Power that heals all sicknesses and diseases Mat. 10:1; MK. 6:7,12-13; Jms. 5:14-15.
  • Power that destroys yokes, including sicknesses and diseases Isa. 10:27; Lk. 4:18.
  • Power that sets free captives, including captivity to sickness and disease Isa. 61:1-2.
  • Power that exempt from all evil, including sickness and disease Psa. 105:13-15; Eph. 1:13.

2. The Mystery of the Fan and the Fire.

The Holy Spirit in the anointing oil is also the mystery of the fan and fire that destroys sickness, disease, and all that is against the well-being of believers Mat. 3:11-12; 15:13; Mk. 4:23. This is why we take ‘shot’ of the oil after it is blessed; to engage the mystery of the fan and fire inside our body.

Conclusion.

When a good understanding of the great physician prescription dawns on us, we are sure to walk out on every sickness, disease, and manifest our unquestionable dominion over them. BY THE LIGHT OF THIS WORD OF TODAY, I SEE YOU WALK IN DOMINION OVER EVERY SICKNESS AND DISEASE FROM NOW!

Salvation Prayer.

To anyone reading this who desires to give their life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart:

“Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me; on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you, Jesus, for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen!”

Prayer.

  1. Father, by the mystery of the anointing oil, I step into the realm of dominion over all sicknesses and diseases right now and forever 6:7,12-13
