God’s Word is loaded with wonders; encounters with the Word make a wonder of a believer (Psa. 119:18,130; Isa. 60:1-3). What believers need is labor in the Word for their eyes to open to the wonders in it (2Cor. 3:18).

Some of the Wonders in the Word?

  1. The Wonder of Direction.

God’s Word is the light of life that guides through this world of darkness (Jn. 1:1-5; Psa. 119:105). God’s Word offers direction on the right path in the journey of life; following right path makes everything turn out right and well in life without stress (Jn. 12:35-36).

  1. The Wonder of Dominion.

God’s Word by its light illuminates a believer, which empowers him to dominate in the midst of darkness of life (Jn. 1:1-5,9; Isa. 60:1-3). Supernatural insight or understanding in the Word is what we refer to as light that results in illumination (Acts 8:30-35; Lk. 4:33-35; Mat. 8:16).

  1. The Wonder of Surgical.

God is a Master surgeon; He is an all-round surgeon, His tool for surgery is His Word as we saw in Adam (1Ths. 5:17; Gen. 2:21-22). God’s Word is surgical; it carries out supernatural surgery on people with perfect results (Heb. 4:10-12; Psa. 107:20).

How to Tap into the Wonders of the Word.

  1. Remain Committed to Guidance by the Word.

Only those who are committed to being guided will have their eyes opened to the Word for guidance (Psa. 25:9; 32:8-9; Isa. 48:17). This means that the choice to comply with guidance from God’s Word opens a believer to access the wonders in the Word (Pro. 1:23).

  1. Continue to Walk in the Spirit.

God’s Word is spirit; it takes being in the Spirit to access the wonders in the Word (Jn. 6:63; 1Cor. 2:14). The choice to walk in the Spirit as a way of life grants access to the wonders in the word (Gal. 5:25; Rev. 1:10).

Conclusion.

Anyone can experience transformation from whatever situation to a wonder; all that is needed is to accept responsibility and pay the price of effective labor in the Word for his eyes to open to the wonders in God’s Word.

Salvation Prayer.

To anyone reading this who desires to give their life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart:

“Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me; on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you, Jesus, for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen!”

Prayer.

  1. Father, endow me with grace to embrace the demands for accessing the wonders in the Word, and experiencing the benefits (1Cor. 15:10).
