New birth promises abundant life, which is a life of total wel-lbeing, supernatural victory, and lacks no good thing 3Jn. 2; Jn 10:10; Deu. 8:7-9; Gen. 2:8-20. This is not a farce but real; a good understanding of what it takes and embracing same will make it become the reality in believer’s life Psa. 119:144; Ecc. 10:15. A basic responsibility for this is following divine leading Isa. 48:17,21. Some children of God, are yet to become sheep of God’s pasture Psa. 100:3. Commitment to following divine leading is what turns a child of God to a sheep of His pasture.

The Significance of Following Divine Guidance.

Why must I commit to following divine guidance?

  1. For Our Vision to be Actualized.

It is not enough to have vision, taking steps in line with divine leading is what makes vision to come to pass Jms. 1:22-25.

  1. For Continuous Advancement Towards Destiny.

Our destiny is Christ is an adventure, not a destination Pro. 4:18. Following divine leading makes for continuous progress in the journey of destiny Deu. 7:22.

  1. For Marvelous Dimension of Output and Result in the Pursuit of Vision.

Every vision usually starts as nothing, divine leading empowers it to the realm of producing marvelous output and result Isa. 60:1,22; Lk. 10:1-2,17-19.

  1. For Guarantee of Arrival at Desired End.

Only God knows tomorrow with certainty; this means that following His leading guarantees arrival at our desired end Exo. 23:20; Isa. 46:9-10.

  1. To Experience A Destiny of No Limit.

Believers are ordained for a destiny of no limit; access to this dimension is by being guided by the Spirit of God Exo. 13:17-18; Deu. 1:6-7; 2:3.

Benefits of Following Divine Direction.

Knowing the benefits of doing a thing will motivate commitment naturally Heb. 12:2.

  1. It Allays All Fears.

Following divine leading invokes divine presence, which delivers from all fear Psa. 23:1,4; Exo. 3:7-10; 4:21-23.

  1. It Secures Supernatural Victory.

The presence of God that divine leading creates around a believer secures supernatural victory over whatever opposition Jos. 6:1-20; 2Sam. 5:18-20,25-26.

  1. It Guarantees Supernatural Well-being.

Commitment to following divine leading makes for all-round well-being of believer always Deu. 5:32-33.

Conclusion.

The secret to the abundant life God’s kingdom offers is commitment to follow divine leading Deu. 32:9-14. Every believer who desires to experience the reality of abundant life must submit to God’s leading in all things.

Salvation Prayer.

To anyone reading this who desires to give their life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart:

“Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me; on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you, Jesus, for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen!”

Prayer.

  1. Father, cause me to hear your voice of guidance from today, and by your Spirit, I receive the enablement to always respond prompt Isa. 50:4.
