Someone said, life without progress is a concern and burden. Just like every earthly parent is never happy to see their children at the same level over the years Pro. 10:4-5. In same manner. Our heavenly Father is concerned when His children are not making progress Deu. 1:6; 2:3. Scripture states clearly that God has an agenda of continuous progress for His children Pro. 4:18; 2Cor. 3:18. Every provision of God is deliverable only through the covenant Jer. 33:20-21.
Covenant Access to Next Levels.
- Faithfulness.
Faithfulness is the master key to a world of continuous progress Lk. 19:12-13,17-19; 16:10-12. What is faithfulness? It is the quality of handling what is entrusted into one’s hand excellently without supervision Mat. 24:45-47. Faithfulness makes believers enjoy an elastic destiny; it takes limits off destiny Gal. 3:9,13-14; Lk. 16:12-23; Gen. 14:18-20.
Proofs of Faithfulness as Key to Next Levels.
- Abraham.
One quality of Abraham was faithfulness, which empowered him to rise to greatness Gal. 3:9. This was demonstrated in the way he responded to God and His instruction at all times Gen. 12:1-4; 13:1-2; 14:14-20. Abraham by faithfulness kept changing levels until he became a trans-generational blessing Gen. 24:1; Gal. 3:13-14.
- Moses.
Moses had the testimony of faithfulness Heb. 3:5. This was evident in the way he carried out his assignment of leading the Israelite out of Egypt to the Promised land, it was passionately executed. Moss kept making progress to the very end of his life Deu. 34:10-12.
- Daniel.
Daniel also had the testimony of faithfulness; he won’t allow defilement, or break the law of the God of his fathers, though no one was there to monitor him Dan. s1:8; 6:1-3. Daniel enjoyed ceaseless lifting, and was supernaturally enthroned in Babylon Dan. 6:1-4.
- Paul the Apostle.
Paul the apostle was called a faithful servant of Christ 2Tim. 1:12. Bible records have it that he discharged his assignment with such commitment and godly fear 2Cor. 1:12; 1Ths. 2:10. Paul enjoyed continuous progress until he became the most celebrated apostle Acts 19:14-15.
Conclusion.
Faithfulness is a scarce virtue, the reason we have many suffering untold stagnation Psa. 12:1. One cannot be faithful and not know except the person is into self-deceit 2Cor. 13:5; 4:1-2; 1:12. Faithfulness is a choice, not a gift Deu. 30:19; Jn. 10:17-18; 12:23-27; Php. 3:7-8.
Salvation Prayer.
To anyone reading this who desires to give their life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart:
“Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me; on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you, Jesus, for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen!”

Redemption brought believers into the inheritance of God’s family; one of which is fruitfulness (Acts 20:32; Psa. 1:3; 127:3-5). Fruitfulness is vital for every believer for the following reasons among many: God commands it (Gen. 1:28). God frowns at unfruitfulness (Lk. 13:6-9). Fruits define and determine the future (Jn. 15:1-2). Fruitfulness is the heritage of […]
Destiny biblically connotes a pre-determined end or destination for an individual in life. Every child of God is a child of destiny, which means that there is the pre-determined end for every believer on the earth (Eph. 1:11-12). What is the defined end for a believer in life? A Glorious Destiny. Every believer is ordained […]
God’s will for His children is supernatural recovery of all the enemy has destroyed, stolen, and denied his access to in life (1Sam. 30:6-9,17-18). Recovery, among others, includes: time (Eph. 5:16), opportunities (Gen. 12:1; 11:31), redemptive rights, and inheritances in Christ such as health, riches, glory etc. (Rev. 5:12; Jer. 30:17). Interestingly, the Holy Spirit […]
God’s kingdom, to which we belong by redemption, promises life in abundance; one characteristic of this life is all-round rest (Jn. 10:10; Heb. 4:1,9-10). This means that all-round rest is God’s will for every redeemed (Jn. 14:27). Scripture states categorically that God’s kingdom operates on keys; keys here connote revelation for accessing the provisions of […]
