Memory verse:
“And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.” Lk. 19:13.
The scriptures make us to understand that the most profitable venture any man can engage in life is kingdom advancement labor 1Tim. 4:8; Exo. 23:25-26. It is so profitable that it could make every day of the believer prosperous and the years free of every pressure Job 36:11. But it takes continuity in kingdom advancement endeavors for the believer to experience the due rewards Gal. 6:9.
Scriptural understanding that empowers the believer to keep laboring to the end.
- Understand that when one stops serving, he is off all fringe benefits of service.
Any where a man render service, he is not only on the payroll but also entitled to the fringe benefits that goes with the service. Often, the fringe benefits are of weightier than the worth of the payroll. same happens in the kingdom, whenever one stops serving, he is off all the fringe benefits of service, which include things that money cannot buy Exo. 23:25-27.
- God must meet the believer on duty to deliver his rewards.
The scriptures teach that God periodically checks to assess the believer’s service, the purpose is to determine the reward each one is due to receive Lk. 13:6-9. When God comes for such check, He must meet the believer still on duty serving to be qualified for any reward Lk. 19:13,17-19. When the believer has resigned from service, he has lost all rewards due to him for every service he has done before.
This is why we must occupy till Jesus comes Lk. 19:13. It means that the believer is to continue in his kingdom advancement endeavor, no matter the situation around him Lk. 22:28-30. Some get discouraged when they seem to have nothing to show for their service and they stop serving, which makes them to lose the reward of all they did.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father in the name of Jesus, by the power of the Holy Spirit empower me for continuity in my stewardship to the point of my rewards Gal. 6:9.
Action.
Appraise your service for any area you have dropped in your engagement.

Every assault of hell designed to make you discouraged in service is destroyed now!
