Our God is the author of the institution of marriage, and He designed marriage as a good thing, intended to make man experience a good life Gen. 2:18; Pro. 18:22. This means that every bad experience in marriage like delays, broken engagement, storms in marriage, separation, torments of divorce and the likes is not of God but of the enemy Mat. 13:27-28; Jn. 10:10; 1Pet. 5:8. The believer has authority to terminate the works of the enemy Mk. 16:17. This means that it is within his power to rise up, end every marital siege and enforce desired marital breakthrough Mat. 15:13; Jer. 1:10.

Covenant Steps to Enforce Our Desired Marital Breakthrough.

  1. Be Genuinely Born Again.

Salvation is a spiritual experience that empowers an individual that him silence all works of the devil in his life, one of such is any form of marital siege Jn. 1:12; Mk. 16:17. We must ensure our salvation is genuine, in order to exercise this authority Acts 19:13-16.

  1. Have the Desire for a Glorious Marital Destiny.

A godly desire is a covenant force that invokes God into manifestation Mk. 11:24. The desire for a glorious marital destiny by a believer has given him the right to experience marital settlement Pro. 23:7,18. When the desire is not consciously put in place, believers have opened up their marital destiny for the enemy to sow bad seed Mat. 13:24-25.

  1. Be Committed to Serving God.

Serving God entitles believers to divine honor Jn. 12:26. Marriage is honorable; this means that serving God will clear off every siege and enforce the honor ordained in believers’ marital life Heb. 13:4; Exo. 4:22-23.

  1. Seek First God’s Kingdom.

It’s one thing to be serving God, and another to make seeking God and His kingdom the first thing Mal. 1:3-6; Hag. 1:3-8. Seeking first God’s kingdom entitles believers to divine favor; marriage is one of the manifestations of God’s favor in believer’s life Pro. 18:22; Mat. 6:33.

  1. Engage the Blood of Jesus.

The blood of Jesus is believer’s last card against every siege of the enemy, with the guarantee of clearing off the siege Zch. 9:11-12; Rev. 12:11. We can engage the blood for our victory over satanic siege by declaring it in prayer 1Jn. 5:8,14-15; sprinkling Exo. 12:12-13; and through the communion Jn. 6:53-56.

Conclusion.

Everyone that is ready can walk out on the enemy and every of the marital siege right now! This is simply by a commitment to accept the responsibilities that guarantee escape and change of story. As we do this, every marital siege one has suffered comes to an end, and our glorious marital destiny open up.

Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you, Jesus, for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen!”
