We live in a world that is a battlefield, it is by warfare that we take delivery of our rights and desires Deu. 2:24; Eph. 6:12; 1Cor. 16:9. The believer is ordained for victory in life, no matter the battle 2Cor. 2:14; Rms. 8:37. But we have the weapons ordained for the believer’s unquestionable victory, they often appear weak, but are sure to deliver triumph 2Cor. 10:4-5. One of the most neglected weapons of war, which also is the most powerful is thanksgiving and praise Psa. 149:6-9.
The Wonders in Praise that Guarantee Victory.
- It secures divine presence 22:3; 100:4.
- It provides divine intervention 20:22-24; Acts 16:25-30.
- It engenders divine health 17:22; 18:14.
- It engenders access to fresh oil 92:1-2,10-12.
- It facilitates access to revelation 30:29-20; 12:3.
- It empowers access to divine guidance 100:4; 16:11.
- It empowers access to realms of signs and wonders 15:11; Mat. 21:9,12.
- It facilitates fulfilment of prophecies 4:17-21; Isa. 38:1-5.19.
Therefore, the more praiseful we are, the more fruitful our lives become Psa. 92:1-2,13-14. Our focus today shall be on one vital wonder of praise.
Praise: A Mountain-moving Force.
In essence, praise has the power to deal with and clear off every mountain in life. A good understanding is vital to make praise deliver effectively Psa. 47:6-7.
Scriptural understanding for praise to move mountains:
- i) Praise stir God to work in the believer’s life and situation.
From scriptures, we understand that praise will always secure God’s hand to work, when God works, wonders are the outcome Exo. 15:11; Psa. 118:23. Our God does not change; hence He still works wonder in praise today Mal. 3:6.
- ii) Praise clears off the enemies on the path of the believer.
Every man has the enemies on his path, out to resist access to his ordained great place in life Deu. 2:24; 1Cor. 16:9. From scriptures, we understand that high praise clears the way for the redeemed who believes and engage it. In essence, when the believer adopts the lifestyle of high praise, he lives without any enemy again in life.
- iii) Praise facilitates God’s presence, which causes obstacles to melt.
God’s presence will always respond to praise, because do dwells in the praise of His children Psa. 22:3. And every time God manifest, obstacles give way, mountains melt like wax, and barriers are cleared off Psa. 114:1-8; Isa. 64:1-2; Acts 16:25-27.
In conclusion, you can choose to live without knowing any enemy or obstacles against your life again. This is by the choice to make praise your lifestyle.
To anyone reading this that will love to give his/her life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart: “Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me, on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you, Jesus, for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen!”
Prayer.
Father in the name of Jesus, empower me by your Spirit for the life of high praise from today Isa. 61:1,3.

Prayer and fasting are commandments of God to every believer, as found in scriptures Isa. 58:6; Mat. 6:6-7,17-18. While these are commandments, they are not burdens but blessings of unfathomable dimension Jer, 23:33-40. Though Prayer and fasting come at a cost, this cost pales in comparison to the glory in return Psa. 63:1-3; 2Cor. 4:17. […]
We serve the God who instructs; He does not merely give advice or admonition but commands Isa. 55:10. Every word of God is a command; the bible is a compendium of God’s commandments Jos. 1:8; Psa. 19:7-8. The good news is that every commandment of God is for the profit of man when obeyed Due. […]
Whatever God says is what He is committed to make happen 1Kgs. 8:15. This is because prophecies are ordained to be fulfilled Isa. 55:10-11; 34:16. We have said that there are three (3) main sources of prophecy: i) The scriptures 1:19-21; Isa. 34:16. ii) Directly from the Holy Spirit 16:12-14. iii) From prophets sent our […]
Christmas is the celebration of Christ’s coming into the world Lk. 2:10-12. It marks the gift of God, embodied in Jesus Christ. Keep up the fantastic work!
