Lack of adequate understanding is one reason some believers are not part of kingdom opportunities, which is the reason they are not partaking of the blessings Acts 8:18-21. For instance, we have been having different operations over the years in this commission; some might be getting varied on this already. This will be due to misunderstanding of God’s intention and purpose for winning. Soul winning is not primarily about church growth, but the rescue of souls from destruction Jude 1:23; Heb. 2:3. When this becomes the perspective of believers, they will become tireless, more eager, and committed to soul winning as a lifestyle.
Scriptural Perspective for Effective and Tireless Commitment to Soul Winning.
- Soul Winning is to Ensure No Individual Perishes.
God does not want anyone to perish 2Pet. 3:9. He gave the responsibility of rescue to believers Mk. 16:15-16,20; Rms. 8:31. Soul winning, therefore, is to accomplish God’s mandate of seeing no man perish. Everyone who labors to rescue others, God will ensure is rescued from whatever destroys Eph. 6:8,
- Soul Winning is to Ensure All Men Made in God’s Image are Saved.
God wants all men saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth in church 1Tim. 2:4. This is why we must remain committed to bringing souls into the church, where they are guaranteed to come to the knowledge of the truth Psa. 73:17.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father, empower me by the Holy Spirit for aggressive, effective, and tireless soul winning engagement, and cause every convert to abide in the faith and this church Acts 1:8.

Appraise your soul winning exercise and your motivation.
