Every believer is redeemed as a king to reign on the earth, not to live in servitude or slavery Rev. 1:5-6; 5:9-10. We understand that a vital requirement for kings to reign is wisdom Pro. 8:15-16. In essence, every believer is wisdom made, and the lack of wisdom in believers is the reason for the unattractive and much of frustration in lots of believer’s lives.

What is Divine Wisdom?

Remember, this is not the wisdom of men, school, philosophers, or from satanic source, but the wisdom from above Jms. 3:15-17. What is this wisdom?

1. It is inspired insight into God’s word from the study of scriptures and spiritual resources.

When scriptures comes alive and one knows how to apply it to life practically to generate desired testimony, that is wisdom from above Dan. 9:2-3; 2Tim. 3:15. For instance, when God’s servant Bishop David Oyedepo was called into ministry by God. In those days, being a pastor was synonymous with poverty and living on dole out from members. He told God that he cannot beg to live, what is the guarantee for the supply of his needs? In answer, God’s word in Luke 10:1 came alive that everyone sent by God is on His appointment, therefore is entitled for pay when he discharges his job faithfully. This is on secret behind the attitude and approach of God’s servant to ministry, and the dimension of prosperity he enjoys.

• It is the product of a subject-focused meditation.

Meditation is the act of deep and prolonged thinking on the scriptures. When there is a subject of interest or concern in life, and the believer turns to the scriptures to meditate on verses relevant to the issue. The end result is the believer will come forth with the ways of God in that area of interest, which when applied will deliver amazing result.

Access to Divine Wisdom.

The wisdom from above is available to all, but can only be accessed by only those who will pay the price.

1. Commitment to continuous feeding on the word.

God’s word is God’s wisdom bank Psa. 119:97-100; 19:7-9. God’s word is God’s wisdom in prints 2Tims. 3:15-17.There is the demand of consistent study for the believer to get at the wisdom of God in His word 2Tim. 2:15.

• The help of the Holy Spirit.

The mission of the Holy Spirit is to teach the believer, thereby giving him understanding of the things of God, and access to deep things of God Jn.16:12-14; 1Cor. 2:9-10,13-14. The scriptures show that wisdom is a deep thing of God, locked up in the depth of God’s word and the mind of God Rms. 11:33. Therefore, the believer that will gain access to divine wisdom will require the help of the Holy Spirit.

In conclusion, wisdom is a game changer in the race of life any time, any day Ecc. 8:1; 4:7-9. It will transform a dummy to a celebrity, a slave to a king overnight Gen. 41:38-44; Dan. 5:11-14,29. It is your turn for a change of story; all that you need is to pay the price to secure God’s wisdom in your life.

3. Father, by the help of the Holy Spirit grant me access to the deep things of God in every aspect of my life, making me to operate in the wisdom of God from now 1Cor. 2:10-12.
