Every manufacturer has his plan and purpose for every of his product and this is documented in the manual for that product. Man was created or manufactured by God Psa. 100:4. God’s plan for man’s life is contained in the bible, which is His manual for man Isa. 29:11-12. In essence, the bible shows us who we are, what we are worth, and what we can do Jms. 1:22-24. Therefore, every child of God who desires to know God’s plan for his life should get into the scriptures Jn. 5:39.

Unveiling God’s Plan for the Believer from God’s Word.

In essence, what does the scripture say is God’s plan for the believer’s life on the earth?

  1. The believer is redeemed to walk in dominion.

Salvation raised a believer to the same level as Christ Eph. 2:5-6; 1:19-20. By this, every force in life becomes subject to him thereafter. If anyone therefore desires such level of authority and command, he should not go to a cult but come into Christ.

  • The believer is redeemed to reign as kings on the earth.

A king is someone who has a territory where he exerts absolute authority, and has the final say on all issues; this is what redemption makes of any man Rev. 5:10. By redemption the believer is turned into a seed of Abraham, every seed of Abraham is ordained to be a king in life Gen. 17:5-7; Gal. 3:29.

  • The believer is redeemed to be a blessing and not a burden to our world.

Redemption connects a believer to Abraham’s blessings, which makes any mere man to emerge a blessing to humanity Gal. 3:13-14,29; Gen. 22:16-18; 2Cor. 8:9. In essence, when a man is born again, he becomes a positive influence to every life that is connected to him.

  • The believer is redeemed to have eternal life.

At salvation, God releases His life into an individual in the same way God released His breath into dust at the beginning Gen. 2:7; Jn. 3:16; Rms. 6:23. Every true believe therefore has God’s kind of life in him 1Jn. 5:11-12. Hence, the believer is to have only God order of experience in life thereafter.

How Do I Realize these Glorious Plans in my Life?

Remember, every provision of God has the requirement that qualifies the believer to experience it in reality. What are these requirements for God’s plan for the believer’s life?

  1. We need power to command dominion.

Having command and dominion in life is a function of power Psa. 66:3; Lk. 10:1,17-19. And holiness is the fundamental price for power Pro. 1:23.

  1. We need the wisdom of God to reign on the earth.

Every throne is established and sustained by wisdom Pro. 8:15-16; Mat. 13:54. Every believer that truly desires to reign must lay hold on God’s wisdom, and a vital access is the prayer altar Jms. 1:5.

  1. We need obedience to God’s commandment to enjoy God’s blessings.

It is as the believer obeys what God says that he becomes qualifies for God’s blessings in life Deut. 28:1-2; Jms. 1:25. Obedience is not a gift but a choice individual make; when a choice is truly made, it triggers the power to do.

  1. We must continue to thirst after God’s word to sustain God’s life in us.

God’s word contains His life Jn. 1:1-4. Therefore, to sustain eternal life that the believer received at salvation, he must thirst for God’s word continually Matt. 4:4.

In conclusion, God’s plan for every man is colorful and great Rms. 8:29-30. The best of man’s plan for his life is nothing compared to God’s plan for the person. But God will never force His plan on any man, each person must make the choice to search for and embrace God’s plan. Make the choice now, it is the best thing a man can do to his life.

To anyone reading this that will love to give his/her life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart: “Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me, on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you Jesus for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for

Prayer.

Father in the name of Jesus, show me with clarity your plan for my life, and empower me by your Spirit to go all the way for it Jer. 33:3.
