The scripture makes it clear that the will of God for man, and particularly the believer is healing, health, and wholeness 3Jn. 2; Mk. 1:40-42. The scriptures further make us to understand that the same moment Jesus redeems from sin, He delivers from sickness, disease, and all afflictions Psa. 103:1-4. The truth of scriptures show  that it is easier to be delivered from sickness than to be cleansed from sin Mk. 2:5-9. In essence, when an individual is born again, he has no business with sickness, disease, and oppressions of the devil again. The believer only needs a sound understanding of how to experience the healing, health, and wholeness that redemption offers Ecc. 15:10.

Covenant Access to Healing Wonders in Redemption.

  1. Healing wonders in the mind.

The mind is vital in connecting the believer to the healing wonders in redemption Pro. 4:23; Phm. 1:14. When the mind is right, the believer will be in the right state of health Mk. 5:1-7,15. How to position the mind in the right state, or keep a healthy mind, for healthy life?

  1. i) Understand that the mind determines the outcome of one’s life.

Life is a battlefield that is fought individually to determine one’s experience 1Tim. 6:12; 2Tim. 4:7. Every battle of life, including against sickness, has to be won first in the mind before it can become real in life Pro. 23:7.

  1. ii) Renew the mind with God’s word.

God’s word is the secret for victory in every battle of life, including battles over sickness Pro. 4:20-23. The mind must be renewed with God’s word; it must become aligned with scriptures for one to experience transformation from sickness to health Rms. 12:1-2. One cannot think disease and enjoy health, or think death and experience life.

  • iii) God responds much more to what we say within than what our mouth declares.

God’s primary place of focus in man is the mind, whatever God finds there will determine what He does in the man’s life 1Sam. 16:7; Mat. 9:21-23. Therefore, whatever we declare with the mouth must be with faith (agreement) with our heart, for it to deliver in reality Mk. 11:23; Psa. 18:43-45.

In conclusion therefore, to experience healing, health, and wholeness, the believer must operate with the right mind Php. 4:8. When the mind is aligned with God’s word, health is restored immediately. When the mind is kept aligned with the word, a sickness-free life is guaranteed.

To anyone reading this that will love to give his/her life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart: “Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me; on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you, Jesus, for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen!”

Prayer.

  1. Father in the name of Jesus, by the Holy Spirit my mind is empowered to be aligned to the scriptures, thereby making me to enjoy divine health from now 3:16.
  2. Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the grace to fill my mind with God’s word thereby empowering me for sickness-free life 3:16.
