Memory verse:
“But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word. 7 And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.” – Acts 6:4,7.
By redemption, every believer is ordained for a life of success and fulfilment, but there is responsibility for it to be actualized (Mat. 5:13-14). The core responsibility is kingdom advancement pursuit; this is essentially engaging in kingdom advancement prayer (Mat. 6:9-10). Commitment to the advancement of God’s kingdom commits God to the unstoppable advancement of the individual’s life (Eph. 6:8; Gen. 8:22). And every praying church is always a growing church, while every growing church must remain a praying church to keep growing.
What is in Kingdom-Advancement Prayer for Me?
- Kingdom Advancement Prayer Engenders Going from Strength to Strength.
Strength is vital for actualization of one’s glorious life on the earth; it enables sound health, exploits, victory etc. (Dan. 11:32; Pro. 24:10). Engaging the prayer altar particularly towards advancement of God’s kingdom makes believers store spiritual energy, which becomes vital for victory in days of trouble (Heb. 4:16; Rev. 5:8). The altar of prayer is the mountain of illumination where believers encounter the light of God for transformation from glory to glory (2Cor. 3:18; Psa. 84:7; Deu. 34:7,10-12). Every saint in Scripture who manifests supernatural strength was committed to engaging the prayer altar (1Kgs. 18:40-46; Heb. 6:12).
