Memory verse:

Ingathering of souls into God’s house is a commandment of scriptures Lk. 14:21-23. In essence, gathering of souls into the church is not a scheme of the pastor to build an empire for self or a plot to have crowd for personal financial profit. This is not to excuse anyone who may be doing this. But we must understand that essentially it is a commandment of God to the believer, and every commandment of God is for the profit of the believer that obeys Deu. 28:1-2.
The significance of ingathering of souls into the church.
- For the sanctification of our new converts and members.
Sanctification is the next vital demand after salvation 1Tim. 4:3. It is only when the new converts are sanctified that they are secured from the old life Heb. 3:13. Look at how the church is vital for the sanctification of new converts:
- The church is the place of deliverance from all ungodliness.
New converts and members are delivered from ungodly and age-long habits that may be detrimental to their establishment in God Oba. 17; Heb. 10:25.
- The church is the cleansing center for God’s people.
God’s word is administered in the church, and it cleanses the new converts resulting in his sanctification and establishment Jn. 15:3; Eph. 5:25-26.
- The believer’s sanctification is vital for his access to inheritance.
Full delivery of our inheritance in Christ can only be experienced through sanctification, and it can’t be achieved outside the church Acts 20:32; 2Pet. 1:3.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father in the name of Jesus, empower me by your Spirit to be supernaturally fruitful from today, and for my fruits to abide in the faith Act. 1:8.
Action.
Identify locations within your community to harness for souls to gather to church.
Priestly Blessings.
This year you shall command strange order of result in your kingdom pursuit!
The blessing ordained for every one serving God shall find full expression in your life!
