Memory verse:

“Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will yet for this be enquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; I will increase them with men like a flock.”                  – Ezk. 36:37.

God’s will for His church is unstoppable and continuous growth Mat. 16:18; Pro. 4:18. It is not only His will, God committed Himself to the growth of the church Mat. 16:18. Like every other thing on the earth that God cannot intervene until He finds someone to partner with Ezk. 22:30. In the same way, God needs Believers to partner with Him to make church growth unstoppable. The way we come into this partnership is by knowing our part of the task, and become committed Jer. 33:20-21. When a believer commits to engage in kingdom advancement prayers, he has come into partnership with God on church growth Ezk. 36:37; Acts 6:4-7. This is why a praying church is always a growing church, and a growing church must remain a praying church to keep growing Psa. 2:8.

Prayer Impact in Driving Church Growth.

  1. Church Growth is Warfare.

Church growth is stiffly opposed by the gates of hell; this means church growth is warfare Mat. 16:18. The gates of hell can only be disarmed when believers become stronger Lk. 11:21-22. Prayer and fasting are platforms for spiritual empowerment, where believers are made stronger than oppositions, which results in the forces of darkness against church growth being subdued Mat. 17:20-21.

  1. Engaging Believers are Entitled to Enjoy Rewards.

Every believer who engages the prayer altar for church growth qualify for rewards Mat. 6:33. We should expect the rewards for our engagement 1Cor. 9:10; Jn. 4:36.

Jesus is Lord!
