Memory verse:
“While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.” – Gen. 8:22.
The fundamental principle that governs life on the earth is the law of seed time and harvest (Gen. 8:22). Everything a person thinks, says, and does constitute seed sown into life that determines his outcome (Gal. 6:7). Hence, it is scriptural to expect rewards from our engagement in kingdom advancement endeavors (Lk. 18:28-30). Scripture says emphatically that the expectation of a believer defines his outcome (Pro. 23:18). This means that one’s labor can be in vain when he has no expectation of rewards from the seed he has sown.
Scriptural Expectations for Our Seed of Kingdom Advancement Endeavor.
- The Blessings of God.
In the kingdom, we do not beg to be blessed, we serve our way into God’s blessings (Exo. 23:25-26). God’s blessing is what makes for a life of fulfilment on the earth (Pro. 10:22).
- Supernatural Promotion.
A life void of promotion is burdensome and frustrating, because life is designed for continuous advancement (Pro. 4:18). We do not beg to be promoted in life; we serve our way into promotion (Lk. 19:17-19).
This means that God is not looking for who to enslave; rather, He is looking for who to enthrone (Lk. 22:25-30; Dan 12:3).
Jesus is Lord!
