Memory verse:

The understanding of each believer on scriptural truth defines what his experience will be in life (Psa. 119:144; Pro. 21:16). Thanksgiving is a kingdom force with so much power that guarantees a glorious life; many are yet to come to understand. What is thanksgiving? It is acknowledging God’s blessing in our lives (Psa. 69:30-31; 103:1-3). Every time a believer does this, he is acknowledging that God is behind the happening, not his ability, skill, or power (Psa. 96:8). This grateful attitude pleases Him and makes Him want to do more for such individuals, making thanksgiving powerful (Jer.30:19).
The Power of Thanksgiving.
- Thanksgiving Guarantees the Fulfilment of Prophecies.
Our God does nothing without first speaking declaring them; we call this prophecy (Isa. 42:8-9). We need understanding of how to make such declarations come to pass.
- Our God is a God of plan and purpose; everything is done according to a plan by Him (Jer. 29:11). God’s plan for His children is unveiled through prophetic scriptures and words of prophecy (2Pet. 1:19-20; Deu. 18:21-22).
- Thanksgiving is the scriptural way to invoke the release of power for the fulfilment of prophecies (1Ths. 5:18; Heb. 10:36).
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father, I receive the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for the life of thanksgiving; thereby positioning myself for the fulfilment of prophecies (Acts 1:8).
Action.
Make the choice for thanksgiving as a lifestyle from now on.

Be empowered by the Holy Spirit for the life of thanksgiving right now!
