Jesus did not only pay the price for our sin, but also for our wholeness Psa. 103:1-4; 1Cor. 6:20. In essence, by redemption the believer is ordained to experience a life that is free of sickness, disease, and everything that makes the body not to be at its best 3Jn. 2. Why is a sickness-free body so vital? It is a basic requirement for exploits and greatness Dan. 11:32; Heb. 10:5. The believer must understand the covenant access to healing that redemption has provided.
Covenant Access to Healing Wonders in Redemption.
- Healing wonders in kingdom advancement endeavor.
Everything in the kingdom delivers by the faith of individual believer, healing and health inclusive Mat. 9:27-29; Mk. 6:1-5; Lk. 8:45-48. But we understand from scriptures that faith works by love Gal. 5:6. In essence, everything in the kingdom, healing and health inclusive, requires the love of God for delivery 1Cor. 13:1-8,13; Mat. 22:36-40. The love of God essentially engraces the believer for delightsome obedience Jn. 14:21,23. Soul winning is a core commandment of God to the New Testament believer Mat. 28:19-20; Mk. 16:15-16; Jn. 15:16.
What is in Soul Winning Commandment that Guarantee Healing and Health?
- i) It delivers from the curse of sickness and disease.
Sickness is a curse, disease is a curse, and God’s blessing delivers from every curse Deu. 28:15,22; Gen. 12:2-3. Obedience to the commandment of soul winning invokes God’s blessing on the believer, thereby terminating the curse of sickness and disease Exo. 23:25-26; Job 36:11.
- ii) It entitles believers for healthy living.
Commitment to soul winning establishes the believer as an ambassador of Christ 2Cor. 5:17-20. Every faithful ambassador is ordained for healthy living Pro. 13:17.
- iii) It entitles the believer to be divinely kept fit in life.
Obedience to soul winning commandment makes the believer to bear fruits Jn. 15:16. Every fruit-bearing believer is kept fit supernaturally, so he can keep bearing more fruit because the laborers are few Jn. 15:1-2; Lk:2.
- iv) It entitles the believer for physical strength.
Going out after souls on the field and on prayer altar requires physical strength Mat. 26:41; Mk. 16:15-16,20; Acts 15:36. When the believer commits to soul winning, he qualifies for supernatural strength Mat. 4:11.
In conclusion, one vital dividend of obedience to soul winning commandment is a life of victory over sickness, disease, and all that afflicts the body. This is because God wants all men to be saved, so he has committed Himself to the health and vitality of every believer that is given to this purpose 1Tim. 2:4; Jn. 15:1-2. Remember, the love of God is what empowers the believer for commitment to the soul-winning commandment. Therefore, healing wonders reside in our ever-growing love for God.
To anyone reading this that will love to give his/her life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart: “Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me, on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you, Jesus, for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen!”

- Father in the name of Jesus, baptize me with the Spirit of love thereby empower me for effective soul winning engagement from now 3:16.
- Father in the name of Jesus, endue me with the grace for steadfastness in my kingdom advancement endeavor, thereby causing me to walk in health from now 11:24
- Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the help of the Holy Spirit to be supernaturally fruitful in my soul winning engagement from now, particularly in the ongoing Operation Come and See Acts 8:26.
