Memory verse:
“It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: 2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, 12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.” – Psa. 92:1-2,12.
God’s kingdom that we belong as believers is a kingdom that operates by keys Rev. 3:7. The keys of the kingdom give believers unquestionable dominion, and enforce our rights in Christ to reality Mat. 16:18-19. Thanksgiving is one of the keys and vital to establish breaking new grounds inheritance of the saints Hab. 3:17-19. This simply means that every believer who loves to experience his right of breaking new grounds must adopt the life of thanksgiving.
The Power of Thanksgiving that Guarantees Breaking New Grounds.
- Thanksgiving Invokes God to Deliver the Next Blessing.
Scripture shows us that thanksgiving and praise invoke God to manifest in the situation of believers Psa. 100:4. 22:3. When God manifests, He delivers the next blessing in reserve for the individual Rev. 22:12. This implies God will not do the next, until we acknowledge Him for the last Lk. 17:17-19.
- Thanksgiving Moves God to Preserve our Blessings.
God’s blessing that will impact on believer’s life must endure and last Ecc. 3:14. When we respond on time in thanksgiving to God’s strange acts, we move Him to preserve our blessings Psa. 35:1; 2Sam. 5:18-20,25-26.
