Memory verse:

We have identified from the scriptures that service is the best adventure man can engage in on the earth Lk. 22:25-27. It has the capacity to turn a non-entity into a global celebrity Mat. 24:45-47. We have different forms of stewardship; spiritual stewardship is identified as the most profitable Mk. 10:28-30; 1Tim. 4:7-8.
Ways of engaging in spiritual service.
- Praying for fresh revelation with confirmation in signs and wonders.
Prayer is another basic kingdom assignment for every believer 1Ths. 5:18; 1Tim. 2:8. One way to engage in prayer is commitment to pray for revelation from God’s word, and confirmation in signs and wonders. The following will empower commitment to this.
- Increase of God’s word empowers the church for supernatural growth – Word increase produces people increase, and word increase comes through prayer engagement Acts 6:7,
- Fresh word is required to make converts abide – the pasture, which is fresh word from the Lord, must be green for the sheep to lie down, and it requires prayer 23:2.
- Signs and wonders are God’s will and engender supernatural church growth – praying for signs and wonders guarantees answer to our prayers Acts 4:30-33.
- Those who commit to praying for others are ordained to be the first partakers of the things they prayed for 2:3-6.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father in the name of Jesus, empower me by your Spirit afresh for effective engagement in soul winning Acts 1:8.
Action.
Train your converts of this year into becoming committed soul winners.
