Memory verse:
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
- Mat. 6:33.
Jesus is the perfect example in our walk with God, which means we are to follow His examples in all matters of the kingdom Heb. 12:1-2. From scriptures, Jesus refers to serving God as the Father’s business, and His attitude to kingdom stewardship reflect same Lk. 2:49; Mk. 3:31-34. Jesus approached serving God as a task that demands His investment, and it was the priority of His life Jn. 9:4; 4:31-34. The good news is that the business of serving God guarantees returns that no other engagement on the earth can make happen Exo. 23;25-27; 2Chr. 15:12,15. When serving God is a business, it will no longer be approached as a leisure activity or a religious duty, but as a responsibility with the determination to deliver result by investing all that we are and have into making deliver expected result Lk. 19:17-19. This is what makes serving God profitable.
The different ways of serving God.
- Giving towards kingdom advancement endeavors.
The scriptures make us to understand that the advancement of God’s kingdom requires finance Zch. 1:17. When we commit our finance to this purpose, it is recognized by heaven as serving God Lk. 5:2-3; 8:1-3. This dimension of kingdom stewardship brings the believer into favor with God, which will result in supernatural provision of what others struggle for in life Psa. 102:13-15; Mat. 6:21-24,33. The effect goes beyond the individual to secure prosperity for generations after him Psa. 112:1-3,9-12; Pro. 8:18. But when a believer holds back his finance in promoting God’s kingdom, it can stop God’s blessing from coming on his life Hag. 1:9-10.

Prayer.
Father, in the name of Jesus, empower me by the Holy Spirit for effective and productive kingdom advancement engagement lifestyle from now Acts 1:8.

Make the choice to become kingdom promoter with your resources from today, and start with something this week
